Oishii Asian fusion — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

The food was ok, nothing spectacular, the pork gyoza and fried wonton and egg rolls were not great, wonton soup was ok, sushi was good, but my issue was the wait time 1 hour 7 min after I placed my order, finally got my food. I placed online, it said 25min I got there 30 min after I placed my order and waited another 37 min. They said they were busy, they were not busy. 2 couples were in the restaurant and 5 people picked up food while I waited who also placed orders by phone, they waited as long as I did. 2 orders were taken over the phone and both times the very young man at the register told them 30 min. If were all waiting an hour for our food why would you say that? It was a waste of my time waiting for ok food. They were nice, the sushi was edible but the misrepresentation of when my food would be ready (as well as others who ordered) seems dishonest and disorganized. Edit-i changed my review from 3 to 4 stars, I've been back several times since the sushi was good, I have not tried any other food except sushi. Our GO TO FOR ASIAN CUISINE delivery. We have at least 9 asian restaurants within 2 miles of our house. Oshii is almost 5 miles away, worth the wait and hands down the best of them all. The food, quality and portions are PHENOMENAL AND FRESH. Not just Chinese and Japanese... Thai and couple Vietnamese items too. Something for every palate. Delivery can be over an hour but every roll, appetizer, soup, salad, dish, everything - is made fresh and to order. They also accomodate spice heat and or allergies, if necessary. Tons of options for vegeyarians too. They'll even make some items not on their menu. And the cater parties! Gotta also admit, we'be never eaten there, have no clue what it looks like inside. I ordered to celebrate Chinese new year. Usually when I come here the service is fine and the food is good but recently I came and there was a new cashier that I haven’t seen. Young Indian lady. We got our order and no forks or spoons in our bags. I also saw on the receipt that they charge hot oil and no other Chinese place charges that. I call to tell them why they didn’t tell me they charge that and the same Indian lady gives me an attitude. Tells me “well we charge it” and “okay next time you go to the other restaurant.” Hangs up without letting me finished what I was saying.
