Guytano's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I stopped by the newly opened Guytano’s Pizza: 708 Portion Rd, Lake Ronkonkoma, NY-just launched within the past month. My go-to test for any new pizza spot is ordering two slices; if they can’t nail the basics, I usually don’t go back. Thankfully, Guytano’s passed with flying colors—their pizza is excellent!

What made the experience even better was the unexpected conversation with the owner, Guytano himself. He happened to be sitting at the next table, and we ended up having a relaxed, friendly chat about his journey and the family’s deep roots in the pizzeria business. If I heard correctly, this is his fourth successful venture, with his brothers running the other locations.

Ive been a customer of another local pizza place for over 40 years. Lately the quality of the food has gone down while the prices keep rising. Heard about Guytanos on FB and decided to give it a try.
