ok I'm not one to make reviews or be a karen but damn i was upset with my experience. i am gluten free due to health reasons. i always order a sammy on their GF bread and get chips on the side, this time i went to different location (portion) than i normally do (347) and i saw they had a GF snickerdoodle cookie option. now the 347 location hasn't had that option that ive seen so i was sooooo excited and i added it to my order. placed my order on DoorDash for pick up, got to jersey mikes on portion and got my order, went to my boyfriends car and looked at the cookie and noticed it had chocolate chips and i was like ????? i didn't get a GF chocolate chip cookie? so i thought maybe they gave me a GF substitute, which is weird but whatever. NOPE. i looked at the ingredients and saw wheat as the first ingredient and listed as an allergen. i swear i looked at it like 15 times in disbelief that theyd give someone a non GF cookie who is clearly ordering GF. now i get they might not know or maybe they think i just prefer to eat GF but how can you assume that? how bout if i have celiac and DIDN'T think as much about is as i did when i saw the cookie had chocolate in it because yk they make it seem like they are very knowledgeable and strict on cross contamination. i wasn't mad but kinda upset and disappointed but i get that mistakes happen yk?

so i went back in and asked the one kid out of 5 working there "do you guys have any GF cookies" and he was like "no i dont think so" and i was like "I'm gf i cant eat this" and he was like ok i can probably do a return on my end. he wasnt able to and thats not the point. i was nice and told him i understood but i needed to come here and let the people know. if you are celiac or very very sensitive please be ware of this location and any place really. If I could give this negative stars I would. Walked in to order for a family of 6 at 7:45 pm- four employees were there. One gentleman was sweeping the floors while the other three were sitting around chatting. I asked if I could order, since no one greeted me or acknowledged me being present. One young man stood up from a table with his cup of ice, shook it, and walked behind the counter while announcing to the girl at the register “I THOUGH WE WERE F’N DONE”. Both he and the girl at the register walked in back and proceeded to talk about me loudly. The other two employees made faces at each other when they heard the other two discussing my outfit and my presence loudly in the back… The boy sweeping continued to sweep, and the other young man hopped behind the counter and asked what I wanted. I asked if he had turkey and bacon- to which I was told “no”. I then told him I’d leave since I was inconveniencing him even though their website states they close at 8:30. Nothing further was said. This is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The workers were very rude. First thing she said was picking up it placing. No hi, how are you? not a friendly staff. My sister wasn't sure of the sizes and asked for the smallest size and the lady just pointed at the menu. My sister was like oh. Shocked by how little this worker wanted to help us. We were the only customers and we were treated like trash. Then she said are you paying together or separate even though I ordered through the app. My sister eats here rarely. Overall my experience was bad. While leaving I said thank you and have a nice day. And there was no response whatsoever. I left a 3 dollar tip. And this is the service I got. Wow. Never again.

Update: I gave them a second chance other people were working this time. While eating there was a long piece of hair in my food. I had to throw it out. I was disgusted by it. Someone's long black hair was in my food. Now im definitely not coming back. That was your...
