Premiere Pastry — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Not sure what her problem was, my friend and I came in for dessert and she was noticeably annoyed that we came in. My friend tried to take a picture and was told she couldn’t do that. When she walked further down to look at the tables and artwork, the clerk followed her as if she was going to steal something or take more photos. I hate to play the race card but it really seemed like she didn’t want two women of color in her shop. Even when she was ringing me up for my pastries she avoided eye contact and basically threw the receipt at me. I considered not buying anything but felt it would’ve been rude. Stony Brook purchase on sunday at 10 am. Went well until i grabbed two cookies from covered glass dish.put the dollar on counter. Short version counterperson went crazy for the fact i touched the cookies w/o her help. Assumed I touched all product to do this. Said she would have to throw out all cookies lef because I was dumb enuf to help myself, contaminating all product. Wrong assumption friend. Board of hlth violation. Very disappointing eclair. The stuffing is made with whipped cream not your typical rich pasty cream that is supposed to go into eclairs. Extremely expensive at $8. The shop was beautiful and the service was friendly but this was not a real eclair! (I dislike whipped cream and dumped the eclair in the garbage...
