Terrible service. Went there with my husband and 3 kids. Spent $ 28.00 and came home with 2 incorrect orders. When I called them they said they do not give a credit and there was nothing they could do. I called back to speak to the manager. She said I should bring the wrong orders back. I said in this day in age with the Corona virus you want me to being back ice cream you sold. She said she would throw it out. By then my son had eaten his since they wouldn't give us a credit and my 5 year old had already started hers. I told her this and she said bring the one that I had back . When I got there I handed back the ice cream that I was given and told her again what the correct ice cream should be. Another girl opened the ice cream and said we will give you a medium because some of it was eaten. I explained that my 5 year old had started hers and then told me it was the wrong order. I told them to do the right thing and honor the order being that I go there all the time and just spent$28.00 and they messed up the order. The manager argued back and said we did not mess up the order. I'm sorry but I am an honest person and hardly ever complain. But when you spend money and these girls get more than one order wrong plus I brought it back as they requested, they should not be arguing with the customer. I was so turned off by how poorly this situation was handled. I would never waste my time or my money at this poorly run establishment. I will go to another Ralph's where they take pride in serving their customers and make sure their orders are correct. Beware of this place. Read moreI just had the worst experience with a server at Ralph’s who was acting as supervisor. She had on a teal blue shirt, black hair in a ponytail It was about 8:30 PM on June 25th at Ralph’s in Stony Brook. The young girl was extremely rude when we brought back my granddaughter‘s Italian ice because chocolate was mixed into the bubblegum ice and she said “oh that just happens there next to each other. I advised her that she can’t have chocolate. She then told me very rudely, well you should’ve told me we have a sign for allergies.I said oh who would expect chocolate to be in bubblegum icy and she became increasingly rude until I said just give her the cotton candy alone. I was shocked by her lack of customer service. I was pleased by the first young lady who assisted us and was willing to rectify the situation until the “supervisor” intervened.I was planning to purchase 2 additional orders for home, but she lost that sale and my business 2x’s a week. Read moreWow!!! This location is AMAZING!! The young ladies are so nice and hard workers. Flo, the owner, picked the right young ladies to represent her and the store. My only dilemma is too many choices to choose from. Very sad that this location is on sabbatical until March 2nd- which also marks my return and hopefully every person who reads my review. A shout out to Flo who donated ice cream, so that I could bring to the nursing staff, on the unit I work on. The generous gesture was greatly appreciated and a perfect treat for a Sunday shift. Great location, with benches out front. Again, so many choices...my favorite is a toss up between pineapple, black cherry and strawberry cheesecake!! Our August to October(...
