Royal Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

After having patronized this place for a few years. I just had the worst experience I've ever had with any pizza place. I ordered a white pizza through grub hub. What was delivered was dough with ricotta cheese. No mozzerrela, no garlic. I called the restaurant to complain, figuring maybe it was rushed out and they would make it right. After blatantly lying and saying this was how it was always made ( yet not the dozen other times I've had it from their restaurant) they refused to send a replacement correct pizza or issue a refund. The owner/manager (Italian accent) even had the nerve to tell me to go away and bring it up with grub hub. Luckily grub hub actually cares about their customers and they issued me a refund. I could not believe how bad Royal was this time around, how they refused to make a corrected pizza, lied about it, and then was extremely rude. I may never go...

I actually think they are one of the best pizza places I've ever had. I grew up in the city, so I have tried alot of pizza in my days. But this one is actually really good pizza. One time I ordered a pizza with jalapenos on it and they loaded that pizza up with jalapenos. But most times I get plain pizza and I really do find it very good quality everytime I have been there. There is plenty of parking since it's in an area with other stores. The establishment here was always clean when I went there. The people who work there was so nice too. I like a dope ordered from this place on 3 seperate occasions and All 3 times I asked myself "WHY ?" The sauce at this restaurant is as bland and watered down as anything I've ever had, and they cook pasta till it turns to mush too.. The pizza is so flavorless & bland it's undecribeable.. The only bright spot is that the Indian guy that seems to run the place is actually real nice, and was the reason I went back a few more times to support him but after 3 strikeouts I gotta wave goodbye.
