Update of the review below.
I just went into this location again to order my shake since the incident below and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were engaging they smiled. They read the order back to me and so I did want to share this because itās important that we notice the change and recognize it. I appreciate that the owner and Sobol Corporate took the time to address this situation below and help make the next experience amazing. Because of that I had to change the review of five star stars because thatās what this visit deserved. I also received a gift card in the mail from corporate, which I thought was an amazing and good customer service.
I go into this Sobol weekly. Usually, I see the same staff on the particular day I go. Recently on Sundays there have been a group of staff, younger generation and not professional. This week I went in, the staff made my shake that I get every time, but it was too thin. I never had it made this way. So I said, I'm so sorry, can you make this thicker or add to it? She said no we can't because you already took a sip. I laughed in my head and said yes I did, how would I have known it was thin? She took the shake back and made a new one that was much better. Not a 5 but better. If looks could kill from these kids, I would be dead on the floor in the store. The service was so disappointing. The owner should focus on Customer Service Training and hiring kind people. I understand the younger generation has no work ethic but we have to set higher expectations on them. I am a business owner over 20 years and my staff would never be allowed to act like this. I hope the owner can train her staff to be nicer. Especially when you are charging almost 18 dollars for a very berry shake with protein and peanut...

However, Iāve been coming to this location for years and all of a sudden this one person tells me one day that they do not honor the discount anymore. I come in sometime a week after that and asked for the discount and a different employee honored it, Iām assuming sheās a manager because she did not ask anyone for a code she just plugged it in for me. Iām sure if it wasnāt a manager, she wouldāve had to ask the manager for her to plug in her approval code. Now, I come in today and see the same manager that tells me that the location doesnāt honor the discount anymore which is a whole lie because I literally just received it after she told me they stopped. If your store isnāt doing well in sales, trust me, a law enforcement/military discount code saving you $1.30 isnāt going to save your store tremendously. This attitude is disgusting and I donāt recommend anyone of service to support...

I had asked for a super aƧaĆ bowl and instead I was given a regular bowl in a Super Bowls container. I asked why my bowl was only half full and the cashier told me that she thought I wanted a regular bowl in a super container. I asked if I could pay the difference and if she could just add more on top. When she replied to that answer with a no, I understood because it might be a health code violation.
