Smack n' Chick — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

You were good until you refused to refund us for inedible food. I convinced my boss to get food for the office, which is 20 min away from your establishment, because the one time I had it it was amazing. This time, the food was drowning in sauce and the lettuce was brown & when we called to ask for a refund you refused, claiming you need the food back because you didnt believe us and you made 100s of gyros today (im sure you did not) & nobody else complained. So because other people were willing to accept sub par/rotten lettuce & we did not, you refuse to refund a customer? This is bad business & disgusting that you serve rotten lettuce to your customers. Hope yall get shut down. No shade to the lady in the front, shes very sweet & its a shame she has to default to the owner who has no customer service skills. No wonder every time I have passed your plave you've had near zero clientele in your store. You guys are disappointing and disgusting serving rotten lettuce and then treating your customers this way. My family visited this establishment lastnight . The food was scrumptious, delicious, tasty & savory, it was wonderful . My family were quite impressed , we had the cumin rice platter with French fries , chicken, lamb (so juicy) & salad oh and the wings & the chicken sandwich tasted great as well .Most important everything was FRESH!!! We grew up in the Caribbean so having food properly seasoned is very important to us, we rarely eat out because this lack of taste. We were so impressed with Smack’n Chick , everything well seasoned , the sauces are homemade, easily THE BEST Halal spot we have ever been to . Plus the price was right family of 3 everything came up to a little over $50 . Decided to try them for the first time today and I have to say the food was very good. Like previous reviews state the portion size was very good. I had the #2 combo and the chicken slider and tender both were large pieces cooked perfectly. Crispy and flavorful on the outside but still juicy inside. The sauce they gave with the tender and on the slider was also very good. A mixture of sweet, savory and spicy. I tried the chicken with mild spices and it was perfect not too spicy just the right amount of tingle in the mouth and on the tongue. My only compliant was that I felt the fries were a bit overdone but that’s my own preference. Overall very good value for your money especially this day and age. I’ll definitely...
