Stacie's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I tried to give stacy’s the benefit of the doubt from my last experience with them, I called in an order and came to pick it up, I was told to wait on the side to be rang up, but they completely forgot about me for a whole 30min as I stared at my order behind the counter and repeatedly would inform the employee that my order is sitting behind the counter. My recent experience though is where I draw the line. I called in an order for 2 sandwiches and an egg sandwich, the lady who was very rude on the phone told me it would take 25 minutes for the order. As I arrived, I asked to pick up my order and was told 2 of the sandwiches have not been made and the egg sandwich was cold by the girl who had taken my order. She proceeded to say she was on break and it’s not her problem anymore. I had a nice newer girl help me with my order, but you can tell she wasn’t experienced yet and didn’t fully remember what ingredients to put on my order. I’m very dissatisfied with this establishment and do not plan on spending my money here anymore. I’m better off driving an extra 60 seconds and going...

This used to be my favorite place for bagels in Ronkonkoma, but something changed. The bagels aren't really bagels anymore. They're more like normal bread. And the service has gone down. I got a bagel, took it home, and there was hair in it. I called them because I was going to ask then to remake it while on my way. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and decided to just drive over. I never hung up the phone during the drive and while in the store. Plus, they made it seem like I was asking for 10 free sandwiches when I said I want a sandwich without hair on it. Then the lady went and helped someone else and then went back to make me a new sandwich. I even told them that my call was still on hold when they answered it and asked me to, "please hold," as soon as it was answered. They didn't check the line and my call was still on hold when I left. Been going here for awhile now (walking distance to my job) so I go in today to do 4 separate orders and the entire time I’m getting nothing but attitude from the woman behind the counter (she’s always rude so I just shrug it off) time comes to pay and I tell her I need all separate, she rings one up separate and tells me the others are together, I explain no I need them all separate, she then proceeds to blame me saying how I need to tell her even though I did multiple times. Did the same mistake again so instead of saying something and dealing with more of an issue I just paid the balance. (Note it wasn’t busy at all, just me and one other person so it’s not like it was rush hour or something.)
