I would have normally rated them horribly for messing up my order but I had a crazy order. It was to much to check before I left so I get back home and not really suprised I'm missing two burgers, It's is always my wife's stuff that missing. she swears I do it on purpose sometimes. thank god for receipts. Anyway I head back to Wendy's I walk in and say you guys messed up my order and I'm missing Two burgers. The women that gave me my order at the drive up comes over and says I'm not even gunna make an excuse we realized it but you had already left. It was refreshing that she owned it and didn't make any excuses and made good on it real quick. she apologized instead of acting like it didn't happen and she was funny too. Read moreWalked in around 9 on a Sunday night,got on the line while a employee was behind me was stocking the straws and spoons in front of the register. I stood online for 5 minutes before the employee behind me asked if I needed help, as i was standing there because no one came to the register even though several employees made eye contact with me. I said "Ya, I was looking to order. This land whale came around the counter and and gave the most audible sigh of annoyance she could have made and asked me "What do you want?" in a quiet, annoyed tone. She acted as though the most annoying part of her day. I made my order, so she proceeds to shuffle slowly as she can as she prepares my food, as well as drop a decent amount of my fries out of the bag and onto the floor. Read moreI wish I could've given no stars. I visited this location in the evening for food for some friends and myself. I'm assuming I came at a bad time for the workers. I asked for a moment to get the order ready and was asked 5 seconds later if I was ready yet. I stated I wasn't, that I needed another moment. Again, only a couple of seconds later was I asked if I was ready. I stated again that I was not to be asked, "How long does it really take? How do you not know what you want?" Instead of getting agitated and cooperate with the young lady in causing a scene, I just left; without ordering or purchasing anything. This is the worst service I've EVER recieved at a Wendy's.
