Captain Kidd's Inn — Restaurant in Town of Catskill

I can’t believe it took me so long to find this bar! After dinner on Main St, my beau and I were looking to shoot some pool. Headed over to Captn Kidd’s because it was the only table I could find in town.

When we rolled up, the tiki bar had Kenny Chesney playing. Great vibes. Smiling ppl at the outdoor bar.

We headed inside to shoot and entered what can only be described as a pirate fantasy land.

The service was great. Fellow patrons were friendly. Spoke with the owners and they couldn’t have been nicer. The owner Mike sprang into action to repair a tip on my stick when he realized it was broken.

The bathroom was very clean. Beers cold and music was on point.

There is not enough room here to convey all the great things about this place! First off the owners are amazing and make this place what it is! From the moment we walked in it was like catching up with old friends and left there feeling like we were friends for life. The amount of warmth , respect and hospitality conveyed from the locals there was nothing short of awesome! If you have even 20 minutes to stop in and have 1 drink it is absolutely worth it!
