Tasty cookies -- which is my baseline expectation at a place that specializes in cookies -- so Crumbl gets that part right.

My suggestion relates to Crumbl's customer-hostile policy of NOT selling individual mini-size cookies.

Occasionally, I'd just like to buy a normal-size (laughingly called "minis") cookie. I don't need or want a box of three minis, or a single huge cookie (the size of a salad plate). Instead of forcing me to buy more cookies than I want, or a larger cookie than I want, consider eliminating this silly policy and letting customers decide what to buy.

It appears the policy is designed to upsell / maximize sales. In my case, it has done the opposite by discouraging me to patronize Crumbl so that I don't get maneuvered into purchasing products I don't...
