Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Dunkin is in the same space as a Subway and gas station convenience store. The parking lot was stressfully busy and tight, but inside everything was spaced out well. Everyone was masked except one person appropriately at one of the designated eat-in tables - it was easy to stay distant. (There is also a little outdoor seating.) My cashier was somewhat brusque and also too quiet to hear well, but my order was accurate, prompt and delicious. I asked for 2 bagels with cheese, the lady forgot the cheese on both bagels. I asked very nicely. I was handed 4 slices of cheese on my hand and told to do it myself. She said this isn’t Mc Donald’s and to do it myself. Absolutely absurd service!!! Never again!! People are begging for jobs and here we have two of the laziest people in the planet working, customer service has gone to garbage. Customer service was terrible. The girls were not friendly at all. They messed up my order and when I asked for a foam cup they rolled their eyes and started talking to each other. It also took them 5 minutes to make two drinks. I asked for two caramel swirl iced coffees made regular and they gave me lukewarm coffee with no ice or the proper flavoring.
