Wet Vapes/Smoke Shop — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

I’m usually not the guy to leave/write reviews, but this experience cannot be ignored. I have NEVER been treated the very way I was treated today by the employee of Wet Vapes! Plot twist— I’ve worked in customer service for 17+ years and I’ve NEVER treated a customer the same! What I experienced today was unskilled, pure unprofessionalism, unacceptable and disrespectful! Nothing is cheap and where I spend my hard earned money, respect is non-negotiable! If I didn’t have to give it a star, I wouldn’t!

Firstly, greetings and presentation is what ultimately sets the tone for the customer’s experience and ultimately determines if they will have a great experience and return… so imagine my reaction when I was greeted by someone who looks like they and the shower are rivals, has an odor, dresses very poorly, has an extremely nasty/rude demeanor and condensing. Displaying all 🚩🚩🚩 upon arrival AND then you learn that he is the store manager!

I’ve only shopped at this specific location a few times— today being the third and I will NEVER be back! I certainly hope the store owner who “spends all of her time in the factory somewhere” sees this and reach out to me directly! I welcome you to do so and I expect you to do so honestly; let’s chat! I will gladly show you what exceptional customer service is and looks like on a day-to-day basis! FREE of charge! The guy in there today violated and I would’ve been wrong if I matched his energy, correct? Oh okay 🤨 luckily for you owner who “spends all your time in the factory somewhere,” I have too much respect for establishments/people and I give everyone a chance and the benefit of the doubt. Get rid of your store manager. He does NOT serve your business well, neither does he represent it in a proper hygiene and/or fashionably appropriate manner (which again makes up for an amazing customer experience). I can only imagine what he’s done and how he’s handle others if he treated me the way he did today with absolutely no regard or respect.

For a while, I couldn’t find vape store that I actually enjoyed going to and I was extremely positive that I lucked up with finding this location. I would go hours away until one night I decide to stop in…Jordan, is his name! Jordan was absolutely amazing, helpful, friendly. Jordan provided exceptional customer service and should obviously be the store manager! Jordan can teach the current store manager one thing or two! Thank you for everything Jordan. UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initially ordered a puffco pro online and went into the store to see if it was ready to be picked up. Upon arriving at the store the store employee who was very nice was talking with me and I told him about how I received a discount from the online store which was great! The employee went on to tell me that if my puffco item is discounted it will void my warranty. He even went on to tell me how he’s encountered customers in the past who have had this issue. Naturally I decided to purchase in store so I could keep the warranty. (If you were told your $400 product wasn’t warrantied wouldn’t you?) I come to find out that I was misled by the employee and I could have kept my online order (with the 25% discount) and still maintained the warranty through puffco. I reached out via the website hoping someone could help me and unfortunately I was met with short answers and a total disregard for customer service. Considering I was given incorrect information from a store employee which ended up costing me 100+ dollars I was anticipating them to recognize the mistake and hopefully attempt to right the wrong. Instead I was told “we can’t do anything about it no more” and they promptly ended the discussion. Highly disappointed as I thought the shop and store employee were great and had a nice selection, but I will not give my business to a company who disregards its paying customers...

I don't know why all these reviews are so negative! This is one of the best vape shops I have ever been to! There staff is some of the most knowledgeable people. They all have answered my question and lead me in the direction possible. The fact that they all know the specs for most of there devices is amazing. The staff is also some of the nicest people I have ever meet. Out of all the times I have been there I have never witnessed any attitude towards a costumer. Even when some one comes in with out ID, or with someone who doesn't have it. BY THE WAY YOU NEED TO BE 18 TO BUY SOMETHING!!! Don't expect to get anything without VALID ID! Which I like because the place isn't flooded with kids. The juice and mod selection is amazing. And I understand there out of some things sometimes, they can't carry the exact thing you want all they time, but they always have suggestions of something equal to that or better. BY far the best...
