We chose this establishment to host my daughter's birthday party on Saturday, May 20th, and I must say, it exceeded all our expectations. From the accommodating staff to the exceptional service, our celebration was nothing short of amazing. A Memorable Celebration: We had a total of 20 party guests, and let me tell you, coordinating such a large gathering can be quite a task. However, the staff at P.F. Chang's made it an absolute breeze. Their level of accommodation was truly commendable. Despite the place being jam-packed, they managed to make us feel like the only party in the entire restaurant. That personal touch and attention to detail truly made our celebration unforgettable. Exemplary Service: One standout element of our experience was our server. From the moment we arrived, he ensured that everything ran smoothly. His attentiveness and professionalism were truly remarkable. Despite the busy environment, he went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. My son accidentally left behind his travel silverware fork, which was part of a set for the party guests. Upon notifying Tony about the situation, he not only located the fork but also offered us a $20 food voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Such acts of kindness and going the extra mile truly speak volumes about the dedication and commitment of the staff at P.F. Chang’s. Conclusion: In conclusion, our experience at P.F. We had a very disappointing experience here last night while celebrating my daughter. We came on a reservation on a Thursday night and the restaurant wasn’t very busy I’d say maybe ten tables seated at the maximum. The waitress was hard to get attention from almost the entirety of our dining experience. we put the order in for our drinks and appetizers and then our food and pretty much didn’t see her for the rest of the time. The appetizers came out and we still hadn’t even gotten our drinks. We waited probably close to 30-35 minutes for drinks. 3 out of 5 of the drinks didn’t require mixing of any kind like a cocktail would so we would’ve expected to at least had those before appetizers if not all of them. The wait for the food was pretty extensive too, my daughter was chomping on every last bite of the appetizers she could scrounge up while waiting for food. The food was good but compared to other times we had been there I wasn’t highly impressed by the quality that was given. We watched multiple people walk out just as unimpressed as we did some even walking out before ordering anything! We didn’t see our waitress but maybe once throughout our meal, no refills on beverages, my fiancé even walked up to the bar tender himself to get another beverage after waiting for our waitress to notice or even come back for him to ask for another. Then we waited again probably another 20-30 minutes after being done eating and we had to ask our waitress if we could have boxes and the check because she had walked by us multiple times without saying or even looking in our direction to see if we were ready to go. On top of the horrible dining experience the cleanliness of the place was a little appalling, when walking out of the bathroom my shoes were sticking to the floor and likewise all over the carpet we were all sticking to the carpet itself. The tiny little chair had to be yanked from the floor to push it into the table as it was so sticky and stuck to the ground. After realizing this when walking out looking at the carpet you could visibly see the amount gunk that was built up on the floors causing our feet to stick. We will not be returning to...

This is the longest review I have ever written lol. As a 20 year PF Changs lover this really was super disappointing and I'm hoping someone sees this to make changes but not feeling hopeful on that. We have never taken our kids and I was super excited. We sat down and asked for the highchair that we originally asked the host for. The server said it's a fire hazard at a booth and we couldn't have one. We then ordered our drinks and the kids meals. The first round of drinks took about 15 minutes to come out. Our kids food came out first, but one of our kids meals came completely wrong. Our server never asked of there was something she could do and I asked if we could at least have the oranges and broccoli it normally comes with. About 30 minutes into the meal we finally got our salad which I had to ask her for. The wontons were soggy and gross. Immediately after we got our lettuce wraps which we inedible and they're normally my favorite. They had an extremely burnt flavor. We had no plates so we just held the wraps while they leaked on the table bit ended up not eating them anyways. About 15 minutes later we received the main dishes but honestly at that point it's been over an hour and were ready to get out. Main meals were fine but it was too late. During this time there was no food check in, no drinks proactively filled, and no plate clearing. We had main entrees for 4 people, plus 2 salad bowls, plus 2 extra bowls because they needed to bring the missing items from our meals, plus the appetizer plate, to go boxes and all the drinks. Our table with that all was a ridiculous mess. I had to ask her to clear a plate after she dropped off the check because we couldn't write the tip and she was about to walk away and she wasn't happy to do so. It was honestly so bad.
