The customer service is excellent. I got my girlfriend into this place because I've loved coming here for years. We get the chicken teriyaki with double meat, it's less than $2 extra for double meat and it's totally worth it. I recommend getting it with noodles, and vegetables which is cabbage and broccoli. The meat, noodles, and vegetables are cooked on the flat top grill right in front of you with water and teriyaki sauce to keep everything moist and delicious. I rarely carry cash but when I do I always tip. The crab rangoons/cheese wontons are delicious too. You get two with every order and they come with sweet and sour sauce on the side. Absolutely my favourite Japanese restaurant in Buffalo. I'm trying to learn Japanese in ny spare time, if I was more confident I'd try to tell the workers that it's my favourite Japanese restaurant in all of Buffalo and the food is always consistent and good, never had a bad order, not once, and that means a lot. Here's a picture of how delicious it looks. (I already ate a couple bites before I took a picture, you can smell the food from out of the food court. For two people, two orders of double meat chicken teriyaki is a bit over $20 because of tax, and so much food that we always have leftovers to take home. I've said multiple times while eating, that if I could afford to eat this every day I'd never get sick of it. I never write good reviews this long, but when I eventually move out of Buffalo I'm going to miss this location and it's staff. 5/5 👌🍜 đŸ˜‹đŸ˜©đŸ„ș

Ordered Salmon maki roll. Got salmon avocado roll. Took it back. They resisted. Then they poked the avocado out. Seriously? Take a look at the photo. Hardly any Salmon. Other food was okay but not impressed with how they handled that situation. If they are selling salmon avocado rolls then they should call them that.

I have been coming here for years! I literally get the same thing every time - chicken teriyaki with double chicken, veggies, and fried rice. Make sure to ask the chef for extra teriyaki sauce and he will happily pour some on top of everything before you take your food. Love this place!!

They absolutely have the best Japanese food in the area and I always make sure to eat there whenever I go to the mall. Except I was overcharged today. I went back to ask the lady reason for the extra charge but she couldn’t explain it nor understand what I was saying bc of her language.. She was getting frustrated so I did not want to push more. But then I asked the other lady if I could get an extra soy sauce, she gave me an empty hot sauce cup.. Eventually I gave up on that too. As a foreigner living in this country, I recommend those people to improve their language to have better communications with...

This is the only place to eat in the food count in the Galleria mall. I always get the chicken teriyaki. Its cooked fresh in front of you on a grill. I've been eating here for years and have never gotten sick. Don't get me wrong its fast Japanese food but its almost as good as a sit down hibachi which costs a lot more. I've actually had sit down hibachi's in the area that were worse than this. The flavor is there. One order is enough to feed 2 people for lunch unless you are very hungry. There are other things on the menu but I never had...
