Terrible! The boba pearls was $3 extra. The lady at the register was disrespectful and charged us more. The drinks LOOKED SO BAD. I wish we took a photo (but it looked so unappealing). The brown sugar milk tea was a dark brown color, I also had the Thai and mango, DID NOT TASTE like anything like Thai or Mango I’ve had before. The woman in the back, leaned against the machine while a guy wrapped our drinks. I WAS VERY CONCERNED on who was actually working and doing the drinks. Yuck. I don't think this place does enough business to serve fresh food. I was the only one near the place. The first time I walked by, the one worker was absent (around lunch time). My Boba milk tea with black tapioca pearls was made quickly and the worker was friendly but the texture of the pearls was very gummy and unlike anything I had had before. It was not appetizing. The lady at the front was very confused when I was giving my order. The language barrier is kinda difficult when trying to communicate with her. I had asked to replace the popping boba with regular tapioca and she I tried to confirm if it was only regular tapioca. She said yes but ended up charging me for extra tapioca and the drink had both. Initially she almost charged me for that drink with popping and another of the same drink with tapioca. The drinks were not good. They specialize more in food and not drinks.
