Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Chenango

Went to new TB on Front St Binghamton NY. Absolute worst experience ever. From the wait to order, the hold at the window, then when a car already pulled finally gets it's food I was asked to be pulled. To the then 30 Minutes and multiple otders behind me gone while pulled. Went inside to see what was going on, zero concern from staff. Manager I spoke with had zero communication skills. No discussion just give me receipt then proceeds to take another 5 minutes to do a refund. While this is happening the food finally gets made I said I would like my food and they said no. Maybe expecting some compensation and the food for free was wrong but then said I never wanted the refund was just told I was getting one and I want the food but was told unable to get food once refund done. Even offered money back and still told no. To have them feel the frustration I had too said I wasn't leaving unless they gave me the food or called the cops. Cops called, I chatted with a couple great individuals and left almost hour later no food a drink so oversaturated with syrup that they have to be losing money and a so if they had negative stars I would...

Despite using a measuring scoop for meat portioning on a taco, they seem to lack the amount of meat to tortilla. This is odd, because ive never had this issue with other local locations. I also recieved 5 (as requested) hot sauces with dried, crusted old sauce (from a burstsd packet) all sticking them together.. obvious to notice before putting in a guests bag. Yum. If you wouldn't use them yourself, dont put them in a customers bag. We get it happens.
