Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Chester

Awful service, lack of any kind of professionalism. Manager argued with me over her staff’s mistake.

Tonight on 08.14.22 at 8:50 I ordered food. Waited over 30 minutes in line. No biggie, I get that it was a busy night, but my order was wrong.

Went to the lobby, explained the issue, and the manager told me to go back in the drive through. When I refused, stating that fixing my order should be a priority, I was told to “watch my time, watch my mouth, and watch my attitude”. I then asked for a refund and she refused. Then I told her that I would wait for my food in my car. Instead of refunding me or having my food made, she continued to shout at me. Finally, she had my food made and (since the beans were messed up) when the new food was brought to me, there were only like four beans in the burrito.

I filed a complaint with Taco Bell corporate. Just a lack of competence, professionalism, and customer service from this awful Taco...

Ive been in line on drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. They have 1 person working the front register and the same person running the drive through. He messed up lady order at register. Gave her my order then after she was digging through the bag and touching everything with her hands she says this is not mine and hands it back to the cashier who then puts his hands in the bag to see what's in there. He realizes it's my order in the drive through so he walks over to try and hand me the same bag that everyone had their hands all over and by now cold. SMH. It then took him another 15 minutes to get me a new taco and chalupa. And now since I requested new food both the cashier and the cook looked at me with this aggravated look so now I cant even trust that they didn't give me some extra treats with my food 🤢🤮 . Stay away from this Taco bell. Extremely disappointing. I drove from 20 minutes away. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito and felt like something was off. I didn't realize until I was halfway through eating it that they didn't include the tortilla strips in it which is the while point. There was therefore no crunch at all. Would not be surprised if other ingredients were missing as well because it did not taste as usual. Girl at window did not even ask if I wanted sauce like they do at other locations. I had to ask for hot sauce after the bag was already handed to me. IT WAS $17!!!!!! for a grilled cheese burrito, 2 regular tacos and a lemonade... food was not worth that price or service. I'm tired of these fast food chains thinking they are top tier food. People already can't afford food and this is the service you provide? Get...
