Burger King — Restaurant in Town of Chester

I constantly have issues with getting the wrong items in my order. I go to the drive-thru and I say "No ketchup" loud and clear and end up getting ketchup on it. I have to drive back and get the correct order and when I inquire "Just how hard is it to understand 'no ketchup;" and I get told "I thought you said 'Only ketchup.'" So, tonight, I decided to go inside to order. The manager takes my order. I had ordered a bacon cheeseburger, regular hamburger and a bacon and cheese chicken tendercrisp which I told him 3 times, along with other items. As my order was being made while I was getting my soda, I hear one of the workers say to the little Hispanic woman making my order who has made my orders wrong multiple times "No. No ketchup." Ah! Glad he caught her before she ruined another order of mine. Well, when I got home and took my order out of the bag, the hamburger was a cheeseburger and the bacon and cheese sandwich had no bacon or cheese. So, here we go, off to waste my time going back to get the correct order. I go back into the restaurant, not happy at all and put the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich on the counter and ask how the heck they always seem to ruin my order? So, they make the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich correctly this time........or do they? The manager hands me the bag and I open the hamburger wrapper and it's made correctly. I then open the chicken sandwich and, yup, they screwed it up again! This time, I just about snapped. How in the world can this happen???? So now, the manager says he will make it because the little Hispanic lady screwed up yet again! The lady asked what she needed to make and the manager told her and she still made it wrong. If this woman can't read or understand English, then she doesn't belong working there. This was the 4th or 5th time she screwed up and I'm sick of it. If you can't understand "no pickles", then you shouldn't work in a business that's full of pickles! Because of the 2 screw-ups, there were no longer any chicken patties, so they had to make more. Because this whole incident took an hour to fix, I had to have the whole order re-made because everything was now cold. The manager gave me the bag and I told him that the owner would be hearing from me. He didn't say a word. No apology. Never again will I step foot into this place. The help needs help. If the manager can't understand "Bacon and cheese" told too him 3 times, then everyone under him is...

I work for Burger King many years ago this location does not care about its customers the food quality is poor breakfast lunch or dinner they don't have enough currency to cash a $50 bill which is ridiculous if you're not willing to take American currency then why are you even in business the breakfast food is often cold and been sitting there for hours when I've had lunch or dinner they're Baking King the bacon is stale you only get about two pieces out of a sandwich which has six slices of bacon one slice of cheese and the bread is old the meat is old. This location of the several I've been to in my lifetime is one of the worst and I would not recommend anyone dining ordering or eating at this establishment honestly I think they should just shut the restaurant down or fire everyone that works here either rehire staff or just put another store and where I'll company will actually care for their customers this location is just terrible...

It was an OK experience I brought my two-year-old daughter here the play area that was from what I researched recently built was dirty in some areas and left black stains on my panpts parts of the bottom of it where un-stable like they would pop in-and-out the plastic and I had to push my two-year-old up the stairs that were quite tall more 7-9 year old bracket in order for her to reach the slides at the top. The bolts that secure the slide can clip your skin kinda like Chester Mikey D's playplace, but a couple steps below its good for a 5-8 age child, will entertain if you can eat fast. I came at 1pm Tuesday. No one inside. 7 minute wait on 5 items. One was a coffee. Drive thru dead. Employees could be hospitable. Not cheerful or extraordinary. Its more like 2 stars really. Chester McDonald's is so crowded, so i gave them a shot.. probably...
