My mom wanted a fish fry from this bill grays in north chili and Paul Rd., I'm like why bill Gray's which I never ate, or order a fish fry from them ever, I'm like let's go to Davies in Greece, she insisted this bill grays since she lives on Brooks Ave near the airport, we gets there and really there's social distance, five man crew ibehind the protected shield order two fish fry, meals, then two people behind me comes in order their meal the same but they ate in my was to go, they received their meals before me which was the same but they ordered drinks with theirs, now they got their meals and now other patrons comes in young people from the neighborhood they place their orders gets served and leave, now a woman with kids comes in for ice cream comes to the counter where it says pick up, I say oh the ordering line is over there. Meanwhile I'm still waiting, the point is I wouldn't refer anyone to go to this bill grays or even send a dog there for service or to purchase a meal, to pay 30.00 dollar for dry coleslaw, and the mac salad was nothing moist about it like cook noodles with a dab of mayo, the fish was one long strip of haddock that wasn't a haddock, nothing but breaded no fish what so ever. If I knew I was buying bread, and dry no season salads, I could had brought my own fish and cooked it and made my own salad for less then that, at least it would had been worth my money with satification, wasted money on food that I didn't eat, Garbage it went, wouldn't had pureed it for a soft diet either thumbs down for your business and fish fry meal. Not worth 15 dollar a meal. Homeless people wouldn't...
Read moreDon’t go here for there burgers, go here for their desserts!
I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars because the implication that your burgers are “world famous” is a trick to get people to buy your thinly made burgers on a fast food bun and nothing new toppings. I ordered the famous Swiss mushroom burger with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise and did not taste the Swiss... It is hard to master the perfect burger, and by naming all your burgers famous is understating the truth. I’m sure you may have one burger that is unique to your franchise, but it’s not the Swiss mushroom burger.
Furthermore, the cashier had a bad attitude when I asked for a banana and a cannoli. Her body language made me feel like she didn’t want to be there.
It’s surprising you’re even getting 2 stars if it weren’t for the fact that I think you’ve got a great dessert, the frozen custard cannoli. I had the chocolate one wrapped inside a waffle cone shaped like a cannoli. This is something I’ve never had, it’s unique, and it’s very delicious. The chocolate sprinkle coated frozen banana was gross. I suggest using a ripe banana, not a green one... and the chocolate lacked flavor...perhaps take it off the menu...
