Where do I begin. I am a 55 year old female. Registered Nursr for 24 years, now Nurse Practitioner. I say this because I can truly understand what it is like to work short staffed, and dealing with the public at times. But on this day the person who called himself the manager came up to my table and threw out my food that I just paid for, literally picked up my food off the table, and walked over to the trash and threw it out in the trash, while other customers sat eating. It all started when after working a long day at the hospital in Rochester, NY stopping in after a gym work out. I stand in line and start ordering as usual with the girl behind the counter. When done I proceed to the area where the utensils amd napkins are. I grabbed my utensils, and some napkins. The so called manager behind the counter starts raising his voice yelling from behind the counter yelling ma,am don't do that! I said do what? He was referring to the already opened napkin holder that hangs from the wall that when I got there was already opened. I said back to him " what are you talking about?" It was already opened. He then came from behind the counter, and slammed it shut again while customers where sitting down eating. I went and sat with my food and started to eat. I didn't like how I was treated by this person who said he was one of the managers, because he done this to me before while I was standing in line again after working and stopong at the gym, he started yelling over the counter ma'am don't reach over the glass. I said I'm sorry there are just no names, and I was just trying to help with pointing. He continued to ramble on, I just ignored him at that time. The last 2 times I noticed this when I was there. So I went up to the counter after this incident, and asked who the manager was. He said he was one of them. I told him that I didn't like the way he has treated me in here the last two times I was there. I told him you have been rude to me each time when in here for no reason. I work hard driving as a nurse back and forth from Rochester, NY and pay for my food with the money I worked for. He said I was rude. I said when? I never talk to you when I order my food. It usually one of the girls that do the orders. The only time I see him is when I show up. He has made a point to let me know he was there. Long story short he came up to my table, and picked up my food and threw it in the trash. The cops were called, and showed up, and my refund was given back to me. A guy like this doesn't belong working in public. He shows no leadership skills what so ever for when in public and is a loose cannon. Service just isn't what it used to be. This is why customers don't want to tip anymore or even go out to eat. That person who called himself a manager doesn't belong working with the public. This guy intentionally made a point when I was there to come out from the back, and watch me waiting to find something to yell at me for. Like with the napkin dispenser that was already opened, amd was yelling at me a customer saying don't do that. Something definitely is...

My family ordered here for the first time. We attempted to order online but when we went to check out, the order was over $6 more than what it should have been. There was no breakdown of extra charges or fees so we decided to call and place the order over the phone which was time consuming. First impression was not good but we were optimistic that the food would be pretty good. My kids got the chicken noodle soup, it looked good but the second I tasted it I knew that the kids were going to be disgusted by it. It tasted like warm water. I was right, they hated it. My husband and I ordered a soup and salad combo. I can say that the salad was definitely fresh but it tasted very dry. Very little dressing or it didn't have much flavor. I had to add our own. Now, the Curry soup.....one of the worst foods I may have ever eaten. Ever. I love curry dishes and the picture online looked phenomenal. The soup I received was completely disgusting. It had barely anything in it and was mostly just broth. It tasted like it was watered down tremendously. Very deceiving considering the picture online shows a nice hardy bowl of soup. Overall we were just really disappointed of what the food actually tasted like. from the reviews it looks like there are a lot of people that really like this restaurant, which is great, but I have to say that we will not be coming back and will not be...

I have been a loyal customer to corelife ever since i tried it a year ago, but it seems as though this location is constantly making mistakes. there have been many times that the broth was missing completely from a broth bowl, or i was given the wrong protein, and my first meal there, there was even a long strand of hair in my food that i did not even realize was in my food until it was actually in my mouth. At first i overlooked all of these incidents because i enjoyed the food and i did not want to make a big deal because i understand that mistakes do happen. I was just there now, and i placed an online pickup order. When i arrived there it was 11:31am and when i left it was 11:45am. The whole entire 14 minutes that i was standing there waiting, i saw my order sitting right next to cashier on the counter the whole entire time as well as multiple other orders just sitting there. My chicken that i received in my salad due to waiting for 15 minutes is now cold. I am getting very tired of these experiences just to overlook them because of the food quality. extremely disappointing, and if this continues i am done...

This was my second visit to CoreLife & I'm totally regretting not using the mailed coupon when they first opened. Last time I was here, I tried 3 different tacos. Today I ordered the tuna poke & napa cabbage greens & grains bowl and steak, bacon, bleu salad. The tuna was beautifully pink and fresh, the greens & cabbage were crisp. The dressing is citrus-based and light - a perfect compliment to the rest of the dish. The steak bowl was equally delicious, but for obviously different reasons. The greens were completely coated in the Greek Yogurt Bleu Cheese dressing, the walnuts were crisp, there were just enough crumbled bleu cheese bits, and the steak was tender. I had the salad "as is" with dried cranberries on top, but will likely omit them next time. I love that the ingredients are fresh and crisp. Coming here is definitely a splurge, but only for my wallet - not against my health!

Yes I will say we were late comers. But we were not the last to order. As we walked up to order they continued to put away the lettuce/greens into large plastic bins despite being a SALAD PLACE and still being OPEN for another 30 minutes. I was shocked because as someone who worked in fast food, this was entirely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. I can understand the lack of certain meats or side options at the end of the day, but lettuce IS Corelife. Then, my boyfriend ordered a Caesar salad which has very basic/standardized ingredients. However, instead of taking the romaine lettuce out of the bins to use for his order, they took a small amount of romaine from an online order and added tomatoes and KALE. LOTS OF KALE. Without request. This has been the worst experience we have ever had at Corelife. Definitely NOT worth the $$$$…

I always get build your own salad which involves any type of lettuce you want with all kinds of toppings which i believe you get four.. Also can get grain bowl and add quinoa or rice along with everything else in salad. Their dressings are amazing especially the Greek yogurt Caesar so I even buy them on the side. Then I get the broccoli and cheese soup which I add rice noodles and/or parmesan crisps to. Everything is made from scratch I do believe and all super healthy! Definitely somewhere I recommend and I for once have no complaints for a restaurant 😁 price great too. I normally spend at most fifteen for everything I get.. Which is alot
