I wish I had a picture of the dough balls that they attempted to sell me! 😂 Absolutely, the most horrible presentation I’ve seen! Everybody needs to be retrained on baking, decorating and food safety!

I brought them back into the store and got a refund and when I told them I was returning because the only cookie that looked up to standard was the Kentucky butter cookie; she gave me an excuse about how it’s the same weight it’s just about how they roll them and press them 😂 I just said ok! I’m not about to argue about the cookies not being done right - period! You’re obviously satisfied with mediocrity!🙄 Just run me my money back!

I can only imagine how undercooked that pink velvet cookie was because it was damn near still in a ball 😂

I knew I was going to go to the Amherst location instead and GUESS WHAT; THE PINK VELVET COOKIE WASN’T SHAPED AND DECORATED LIKE DOG 💩 😂 AND THE STICKY BUN COOKIE HAD ALL OF THE TOPPINGS ON IT!!!! 🥳

This transit road location is trash (even the pink velvet on display looked horrible). The sticky bun cookie looked like it had literally a teaspoon of caramel and streusel! 😂 Y’all don’t give a damn up in there and I’m not about to eat from y’all and get sick like someone else did in these reviews recently! No spirit of excellence around there!

NOT TO MENTION ALL OF THE WOMEN WORKING TONIGHT HAD HAIR HANGING OFF THEIR SHOULDERS HANGING IN THEIR FACE MESSY UNKEPT HAIR BUNS AND ONE GIRL HAD NO HAT OR HAIRNET AT ALL GROSS🤮 SHE WAS BACK THEIR TALKING ALL OVER THE COOKIES WHILE ICING THEM - SO GLAD I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

At the Amherst location It looks exactly like pictured and was warm and fresh! That’s why they are always selling out!!!

They know how to bake the cookies properly and press the dough before baking 😂 since that was the managers excuse 🤣 unsanitary workers and incompetent bakers!

We have been getting Crumbl since the moment it hit WNY, I have to say this has to be the most dysfunctional/unprofessional franchise that I have ever been to. The owner takes zero responsibility if mistakes are made and will send you a blurry blob of camera footage of half dressed cookies and says it’s acceptable. We got the raspberry butter cookies, brookie and the eggnog cake. The raspberry butter cookie had a little blob of raspberry and more of the frosting that they put on top, the demo cookies they have in store as well as what it shows on the website shows an abundance amount of raspberry filling not a quarter sized amount. The brookies were piping hot when they put in the box and the frosting during transport(have bought hundreds of dollars in cookies and never had a transportation problem) went all over the other cookies and the frosting doesn’t even look like it was made properly. The eggnog cake was legit mush and was absolutely disgusting. The frosting they show on display and on the site is white frosting, we got pure butter .Highly highly highly recommend going to the location on the blvd as I have NEVER had an issue with that location out go to half baked. Don’t deal with a owner that just gaslights you and takes zero responsibility. I have contacted corporate and wanting a FULL refund and I’ll take this review down and never go to your location again. Dirty, disorganized, attitude from workers. Ordered 4 cookies on my app, my name was up on the board and then it disappeared. Stood in here for an hour waiting for my cookies. They "apologized" and then offered me either a refund or to fulfill my original order, or give me the incorrect order because my app glitched. Things happen, mistakes happen but the chirping over me in a different language when I tried to express my concern is extremely rude. The worker double checked the location I ordered from on my app as if I didn't stand at the kiosk a half hour before. Why isn't someone regularly cleaning a place where you're openly baking? Disgusting. Every other customer got asked if their cookies looked away and when she gave me my box she closed it, turned her back and walked away - in which I smiled and said "thank you!" Then she turned around and smiled and I told her she had an attitude.
