Alfredo’s Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

We went for our 9 year Anniversary on a Friday . We used to go for the Martini night special, and frequent this restaurant. My bf has been going since before 2008. Very disappointed. The quality of the food has gone way down. And prices way up. Way over priced. Pizza was an hour wait. Waiter ignored us, ran past a few times not checking on us and then disappeared, I went without a drink during dinner. The martini glasses have been reduced to very small for 11 dollars a martini. The pizza was not as good as it used to be. The square was 20 dollars for 1 pizza. The cheese seemed to be watered down. 75 dollars later for a salad and pizza with watery cheese and a tiny martini? When my boyfriend complained the pizza wasn’t hot, our waiter said “ It just came out. It has to be.” The pizza was warm at the most. There’s a lot of great pizza places and restaurants in Scranton, I’d seek them out before ever subjecting myself to this...

Terrible service.. The person that took our order down never served us our drinks or additional accompaniments that we bad asked with the order. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager has not come out yet. We have been waiting for over 15mins for the manager. We asked for the cheque because the food didn't come out in full. She scratched off the drinks on the back on the guest check and ran our card thru for the order. We didn't order the main course because our drinks didn't come out at all. She never came back to check in on us after the order was taken. Sloppy service. Food was ok. Will not return.

The manager on the other hand was hiding like a coward because she screwed up. It's been 30 mins and she still has not shown her face. Disgraceful!!! She truly needs to be fired for incompetence and unfriendly...

For my first visit, everything we tried was delicious. I opted for a staple, the chicken francese, while others at the table ordered veal, rack of lamb, and a special from the menu. After eating we had a tiramisu and coffee for dessert. It is easy to miss Alfredo's location, and because of that, living in the county almost my entire life, I was pleasantly surprised to find this new hidden gem in my book. The service was excellent, the ambiance is comfy, and the prices are fair. I will definitely be returning and recommend others to give it a try as well. You will not be...
