I have been shopping at this store for years because of the extensive selection of cards. Yesterday, I purchased four holiday cards and six stamps. The bill came to $28. I know the employee who waited on me was new because she needed assistance charging me for the stamps. When I got to the post office, I realized the stamps were not in the bag. I purchased new stamps at the post office and mailed two of the cards. When I called the store to ask if I could come back for the stamps or a refund, I was put on hold. They did not ask me for my name. After a very long time, a supervisor got on the phone and told me they had viewed the video and it appeared the stamps were placed in the bag. When I told her I had carefully looked through the cards for the stamps, she suggested they must have fallen into one of envelopes I had already mailed, which made no sense because there were supposed to be six of them. I was very put off by the fact they would review a video as opposed to just believing me, especially given the minimal cost of six stamps. I won’t be returning...

I recently visited this Hallmark store, and unfortunately was disappointed by the experience. While browsing, I noticed a young cashier closely following me in a way that felt intrusive and uncomfortable. I was genuinely looking through the items and had no issue asking for help if I needed it, but instead of feeling welcomed, it gave me the impression that I wasn’t trusted. Maybe she's still inexperienced and needs more training.

Ideally, customers should be able to shop without feeling judged or mistrusted. I hope the staff receives guidance on providing friendly, respectful service, because this kind of treatment discourages people from wanting to return.

Do not recommend buying their pre-packaged chocolate. There is nothing on the box indicating when the chocolates were packed, what the ingredients are, if the ingredients are bioengineered, or what the expiration date is. Very strange not to list ingredients. Will never buy from this store again. I am worried about my health after eating these chocolates.
