Rocket Wrapps — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

If I could give Rocket Wrapps a zero I would. I had two horrible experiences with this establishment. On my first eexperience, I placed a simple food order consisting of a single chicken wrap. The order was placed over the phone. I was told by the staff that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant 35 minutes later (a little late). One I arrived I was greated by a long line to with only one staff member working the register. When I finally reached the register i was told that.my order was not ready or even started. I had to once again place my order. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order to be processed. This fast food restaurant is really understaffed.

My second encounter with this horrible establishment was similar to my first encounter. I phoned in an order for two smoothies. The attendant adviced me that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there 30 minutes after I placed the order and once again there was only one person at the register who was trying to multi task by taking phone orders. While standing there at the register she never acknowledged me or offered any assistance. Instead she was on the phone taking additional phone orders. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe I walked in at peak time (not really) although it was a Sunday at 3pm. After taking her 2 phone orders which took 5 minutes she asked me for my order. I provided her my name and my phone order. She said they were not ready but to give her a few minutes. I canceled my order and walked out.

This restaurant is understaffed, not courteous to their customers and their food is not that great. If you want to pay for horrible service, cold food and horrible customer service then this is your place. I would rather spend my money somewhere were I am appreciated and treated as a good client. I really want to give this place a 5* but I can’t and for good reason.

First I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and now I’m 30! Gives you an idea at the thousands I’ve probably spent here in my lifetime.

Ok so the rice you use in your wraps/bowls is AWFUL the following day, I’d love the teriyaki bowl for a meal prep but past a few hours in the fridge it’s gross - are you guys using minute rice? Give us something better like jasmine or basmati rice please!

Your protein portions have diminished in recent years I counted 10 small cube pieces of chicken in my Hawaiian tropics bowl. And the fact you charge $5 for extra protein for such a small portion to begin with feels wrong.

Everyone should be taught to make the wrap the same way- the guys make the wrap excellent - the ladies do not - and it has nothing to do with one being a man or a woman. It’s just mine and my family’s experience - Chipotle is amazing why? Because no matter where you go the process in which it’s made is the same everywhere. One rocket wraps and a small team everyone gotta be on the same page.

Your credit card machine is out of compliance - it would really be better to get an INGENICO machine which allows chip reader, if you don’t upgrade it by March of 2019 your going to get a fine (this is what I do for a living/cyber security compliance) your POS doesn’t itemize anything either on the receipt.

The chicken is cooked on what looks like is a glorified George Foreman grill, and lately it’s been rubbery - sorry but I’m not...

The first smoothie I had with my order (chocolate smoothie) was terrible. I had it as a pick up...just ice and flecks of expressso and no chocolate. Today, I came into the shop to place the order. The person who took my order behaved as if he couldn't be bothered.

I asked him for a smoothie suggestion (briefly told him about the previous one) and he shook his shoulders and said thar he just started working there.

How can a business expect customers when their employees know diddly squat about what they are serving...and on top of that, they act as if they are doing me a favor.
