Worker at the front who also claims he is the supervisor of the place said he couldn’t give me extra toppings because “it’s the formula”. I asked for extra onions and jalapeños and said he couldn’t do it. I told him if the customer wants more or less toppings it’s up to the customer and he said that’s not how it works. He started saying something under his breath as I was walking away, I asked him what he said and he suggested I go to a different location and not to come back again. I’ve been working in customer service/ hospitality for over 10 years and I have never been treated like this before. I don’t understand how someone can tell a customer no and to never come back. I even offered to pay extra and he said no it’s not about money it’s simply “the formula”. He said his name is something like Adres I don’t know he had a heavy accent. Read moreI’m currently unable to walk because I tore my Achilles, so I’m on a knee scooter. I went into this place and the guy behind the counter said I’m not allowed to have the scooter. I told him I’m not able to walk and showed him my cast and he told me to go outside and he’ll take my order there. I was pretty shocked because I thought a national franchise would be ADA compliant but I guess not.
Guy was pretty rude about it too. Told me to wait outside by the door (it was pretty cold out). Safe to say I won’t be coming back to place.
