Okay so I Rated A 1 Because Very Poor Exsperience and The Staff Especially Including The Managers Need Be Retrained and Taught About Customer Service. So I've Gone Here Before Never Had Complaints and I Go School Right Down The Street. So I Go With My Uncle Mind You He's Old and 67 also, on Dialysis. We Pull Up To The Drive Thru Nobody was Behind Us. Girl asked How May I Take Your Order ? I said Hold On One Second Because we Had Look At The Menu. No response. I Order and Ask For My Fries Fresh Please . Mind you I Just Got out of school because Had a Long Day Studying. I Choose to go to Burger King I Could Of Went Any where Else But I Choose You. We weren't Done Ordering She Just Cut Me off and Assumed I was and Said Your Total s 9.00 and change and was rushing mind you they weren't busy and no one was their. My uncle said were not done ordering nicely and said can I Get a Meduim Vanilla Milkshake. She was Very Rude , and Said with a attitude. Her Exact Quote " Does That Complete Your Order Now? Are You Done ?" He said Yes she said the new total so fast you couldn't even understand her. So we Pull Up to The Window to Pay , He's Taking His Wallet Out Mind You He's 67. They Just Shove the sprite out the window holding it rushing him until he grabbed it, and she told him that was his shake I looked at her confused. But I still remained nice and said thank you. She asked how his day was I said for him it was fine , don't mind him he doesn't talk much just to let you know. She looked at me and rolled her eye s. Then they say can you pull up and he said sure , he was trying put his straw in his so called shake. Then the other girl was like wait you forgot their shake , the other girl looked confused and the girl was like that's their sprite not shake you still have give them their shake. Mind you this is 2 Managers Being Rude and Doing this. So then they say again can you pull up he said okay and he was trying give me my drink and put a straw in his shake. That's what people normally do at a drive thru before they pull up. So anyway they were having a attitude and rolling their eye s for w.e reason, and asked again he said yeah hold on a second nicely and I told him myself to just pull up cause how they were acting. Then the manager says were on a timer so I need you to pull up I can't wait. Shaking her head and making her eyes big and being snotty. I Felt Like This Women Is Like 40 Being Rude to a 67 Year old Man who is trying do 2 things at once yeah it takes longer when your older. I'm just thinking How Unprofessional this is and in considerate like this could of been her grandpa or family member. Besides thats very childish and I'm 25 and Don't Act Like That. This is How Burger King Serves people Especially Managers I Thought Wow. So We Pull Up And Wait 20 Minutes and A Regularly Employee Brought Our Food and Smiled and Said Have a Good Night and I Said You 2 And She Gave Me A Weird Look. We pulled over I checked the food and The Sandwich Was Old I Ordered The New Chicken Bacon Ranch and I Tastes like it been sitting their and you could tell it was brown like very gross looking like it was spoiled and I Had Enough. I went in and Asked Nicely Can I Get A New Sandwich and The Girl Who Came Out Earlier was Like why with a attitude? So I gave one right back but in a calm voice and said because it's old you can tell why don't you open it and look for yourself and we're paying for it. She was like what ? Like she didn't hear me on purpose I said it's old and looked at her funny. She goes over to those same 2 managers from the drive thru and told them and had a attitude loud while doing it. They asked why she said oh because supposidly it's old according to her. Um I think brown spots and smelling spoiled their lucky I didn't call it in to the health department and take a picture. The girl came back and said I asked cause had to tell my manager and walks away snotty. Read moreWorst fast food visit ever. Every employee there moved like a sloth and looked confused. One girl had her phone on the sandwich making counter texting on her phone instead of making sandwiches. Two other teens just standing there trying to figure out what to do and two more standing there talking. The whole time I could see the drive through backing up bad and a small line was beginning to form inside. Then I hear one of the female employees tell the other employees not to take anymore orders. One of the customers that was behind me said that she had just placed an order on a kiosk but still had to pay.Then I see what seems to be a manager walk out of the bathroom. She looked to be about 70 and could barely walk. You would think the employees would start moving a little faster but no. Then I get my food and of course it was wrong. I ordered a double cheese burger and they give me a single. So of course I give it back and tell them its not what I ordered. I finally get my double cheese burger and walked out. I got to the car and had a feeling I should check it. Sure enough there was a big old lap bomb of mustard and catsup waiting for me. I just ended up throwing it out. Is this how you run a Business? I declined nicely and said I just want a partial $7.57 Refund, No answer I get fed up and reply to support saying I didn’t give a “damn” about the 10% Off Coupon and that I just want my Partial Refund, Support then responded by Closing my ticket “due to Profanity” as if You guys didn’t just steal $7.57 From Me, for Items I NEVER RECIEVED, You guys didn’t even think to refund me. I will continue fighting to get my STOLEN Money back. I pay for the food I get the food isn’t that how it works?
