This is the 3rd time in a row that I have gone to this restaurant and left ANGRY. It took over an hour after placing the order to get our food and we go on weekday evenings when there aren't many people in the restaurant. You can probably check their sales and see they have continued to drop. There is a reason for this. The servers are friendly, but that is not the only thing that matters in a restaurant. I ordered the salmon, shrimp, and lobster dish. It took 20 minutes for our alcoholic drinks to be brought over. The server came over 30 minutes after placing the order with my salad and told me they were out of salmon and the cooks substituted scallops. I said okay because it had already been 30 minutes and I assumed the cooks had actually started cooking our food and I didn't want to wait even longer to change my order. In the mean time since we had placed our order a party was seated behind me and when our food came out after waiting 70 minutes and placed on our table, another server came and delivered food to that table not even a minute later. Once our server figured out we were very upset about waiting so long for our order she barely came to our table, the table behind us that received their food at the same time was asked 3 times how everything was while we were only asked once. We asked for a to go box and after waiting 10 minutes for it to come to the table, we asked the host for a to go box to at least get our food boxed up. The host was not receptive to the fact that we had to ask someone else for help and told us we need to ask our server for a box and we explained the situation to him and he finally agreed to help and asked if we "needed to talk to the manager" and we said "why bother" he didn't try to make us happy at all. My $30 dinner wasn't even worth $15. I got the tiniest lobster tail (that was crispy it was so overcooked) I have ever seen, 4 overcooked scallops, and 4 rubbery shrimp. During lobster fest you should not get lobster the size of two small female fingers! The rice pilaf underneath was so salty my whole glass of water, my alcoholic drink, and the rest of my dinner wasn't enough to get the salt taste out of my mouth. I will NEVER go to this Red Lobster EVER again, I don't care how bad I want seafood. And maybe not any Red Lobster. I will go to the grocery store and pay half the price for a lot more seafood and cook it myself and be...

Update on a recent visit: A party of two arrived just before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday September 16th. It was not busy, but there was a notable shortage of floor staff. We waited less than 5 minutes for a table. Table and chairs were clean, as was the carpet.
Our waitress, Sierra, arrive quickly and took orders for our drinks and our appetizers. Soda and a Sam Adams, to go with garlic mussels and lobster dip. The mussels were nice and hot, and soaked in a garlic wine butter sauce with bits of tomato. They tasted great, and the garlic toasted bread slices were made for soaking up the juice! A quick aside here: as sometimes happens several mussels did not open. Sierra made sure that I got fresh ones to compensate. The lobster dip was hot and gooey, with awesome flavor, and came with some really nice warm and crisp tortilla chips.
Sierra gave us a few moments to gorge ourselves on our apps garden salad and the ever-present cheddar cheese rolls, and then rolled out our main courses. We both opted for the all-you-can-eat shrimp specials $20. We had a mix of scampi, grilled, dragon, waltz, and coconut shrimp, all of which were serve piping hot and full of flavor. The breading on the shrimp was heavy, but that's to be expected. Nothing was greasy or overcooked at all. Even the fries were really good!
Throughout our meal, Sierra was attentive without hovering. It was obvious that she was working more than a few other tables besides ours ( short-staffed?). Yet, she checked with us as the meal progress and probably took care of any of our needs, as well as taking the time to chat with us for a few moments. She never let us feel rushed, but she was never gone for too long either. All in all, nicely done.
our bill for two dinners, two apps, and two drinks with just under $100. Throw in the well-deserved tip that Sierra earned, in the total was...
Read moreRecently visited red lobster location in Liverpool. The experience as a whole was disappointing. It set a new lowest standard of service and food quality that I have never experienced before. We will not return and we do not recommend anyone to visit red lobster.
We were seated promptly by the hostess and the experience immediately went downhill from there. Me and my girlfriend tried to make small talk with the waitress about the drink options, but were met with passive and unhelpful response. We ordered the food immediately with our drinks. We waited 40 minutes until the food arrived, while we were waiting no one checked on us. I had to wave another waitress down to check if we were forgotten/order wren't put in. My girlfriend liked her pasta. However my meal was just awful. The baked patato was cold, meaning it was sitting there as we waited 40 minutes. The alfreado was piping hot, which appears to be microwaved, the noodle have no firmness to it, it taste mushy, hot with a consistency of industrial product. The rice that came with the shrimp was just awful, it tasted like something from a highschool cafeteria. I placed a order for another order of shrimp, but after waiting for another 25 minutes without any check-ins/ status update from the waiting staff, we decided to wave one down to pay for the check and leave. Furthermore the waitress had a awful attitude and made it seem like we're bothering them by asking them to pay for the bill. To put it plainly. this was easily my worst dining experience ever. It set a new lowest standard of service and food quality that I have never experienced before. We will not return and we do not recommend anyone to visit...
