Wrap It Up Express — Restaurant in Town of Clay

Update: Wrap it Up was a great salad experience for us! We got delivery through door dash and it was an easy and quick process.

I got the Green Goddess Salad and my wife ordered the Green Chicken Salad. Both were made with fresh veggies and fruit. The dressings were highly complimentary to their salads, making for a lovely meal. We also got the fried pickles and they were great! Lightly battered, with a mild pickle punch. It was a simple and highly enjoyable experience.

For us we will certainly be venturing into much more there as they have a fun menu of goodies to choose from. Enjoy!

Original Review: Ordered delivery through GrubHub. We ordered the chicken ceasar salad, chicken philly wrap and large fries. What we got was the chicken ceasar salad, large fries and a chicken ceasar wrap....oops. So that's why the 4 stars. Thankfully everything we had was fantastic! The ingredients were fresh for the salad and the salad. The fries had the perfect amount of salt for a simple yet great taste and the large order was truly large. Next time for two people we will go with the small. We are looking forward to ordering again in the future and trying more of...

Would love to be able to say that I tried to try this place today for the first time today with four other co-workers, but I can't. We all placed our orders and sent one person to pick up for everyone. The person I spoke to on the phone to take my order was a very nice young lady. Wish I could say I loved my food, however they forgot to give my co-worker my food and when we called them out on it, another mean lady answered the phone and blamed us for five of us ordering at once. So basically you're telling us: You can't handle five orders at once, or you can't handle pulling five orders from the self (since you work with door dash, etc.). We were told to call and place our order all together, which is a pain in the rear, because everyone pays with a different card, cash, etc. We were very polite but my co-worker came back upset for having to deal with the mean older lady. The nice younger lady called back and tried to make things right, but after my coworker was treated like crap and told she/we were in the wrong, I told them to forget it and ordered somewhere else. Food is USUALLY very good. My last few orders however have not been correct. After several times getting the order wrong I made a call to the manager. I was told "that doesn't sound like something that would happen" and "I dont really know what I can do for you" There was no sense of urgency in the manger to correct the issue. Just a hollow apology. The food mistake itself was a minor annoyance.. the lack of customer service after the fact was unacceptable in my view.

As someone who cooks for a living, if a customer brought this issue to me.. I fix it.. IMMEDIATELY.. but...
