Food is okay at best. I remember it being better in Colorado. The place in Clay seems to be managed poorly. People are always standing at the door and the counter never seems to be manned as it should. 19 Sept 21 have to say o had hoped it would be better then the last time we were told twenty to thirty minutes currently over an hour right now. The girl behind the counter said they are short in the kitchen. How are you short on a Sunday in the kitchen? This is a simple fix you schedule an extra cook they can always be sent home. If it wasn't for the fact that my wife has a gluten allergy I'd never come back I hate this place.... Despite my better judgement we went back today. The floors were filthy discusting. My coffee cup was gross with stains. The coffee itself was vile tasting. Got better coffee in the Army. The omelete was barely passable it left me feeling sick to my stomach. This place is not worth the money spent.

There was a time when going out to eat was enjoyable. Today, it is more like an experiment. You never know what to expect even at well known establishments. The service was great, fast and friendly however did not make up for the low quality food. The pancakes were great. The eggs tasted like spray Pam and the bread for the toast was not good quality. The omelet toppings advertised “Pan seared tomatoes.” When the omelet came out the tomatoes were diced and thrown on top cold. (Picture) The bill for two was $48, seemingly overpriced for two egg meals and a side of 2 pancakes. Cleanliness- the menus were sticky from what I can only guess, syrup. The table condiments were not clean, sticky and food on the outside. The doors were frosted with fingerprints. It was a disappointing experience. The only hope is the sign at the hostess station announcing new management.

This is the absolute worst. There’s always a problem accurately filling orders and the lack of curbside pickup (which they offer when you make an order, but have never done in practice). Made an order earlier today for curbside delivery. Arrived and kept calling, no one answered. When I went inside, no host/greeter was at the front. After waiting a bit, I had to walk inside and flag a waitress after she served a table. Whew! I finally have my order. Wrong!!! Got home and realized that whoever bagged my order gave me someone else’s. Called several times, and as usual, no one answered. Now my trash is filled with iHop food items while I’m left with a growling stomach. I guess that’s the typical ihop experience now. Such a waste.

Brought my boyfriend, and I thinking we were gonna have a good experience..we get in there I’m not even kidding. We waited 15-20 minutes there was no one upfront to seat you. Or even anyone in the back coming out to greet you. After the 20 minutes a guy says I’m so sorry we’re shortstaffed. I think I saw one server in there. It took her another 10 minutes to come and Give us our drinks. She asked my boyfriend if he wanted a refill but not me. Which my glass was sitting at the edge of the table empty. We ordered what we thought were five dollar appetizers from 3 to 9 PM. It was stated no other price was given for mozzarella sticks and these horrible jalapeño and cheese bites. Those were absolutely disgusting. It was like fake sliced cheese with huge amount of jalapeño breaded. Absolutely disgusting We didn’t even eat any of it, except for the bite we took which was terrible. We ordered the new Wonka burger and a breakfast I don’t know what cook in the world burns toast and serves it also? Had a few bites of that and put that down. We get the bill it’s $85 Mind you I already did the calculations which should’ve been $50 I was very upset and asked The waitress why the bites and mozzarella sticks were $13 instead of five dollars like it was shown. She said because we ordered at 2:55 Instead of 3 o’clock to get the five dollar appetizers. It was 3:25 when we cashed out, so how is that acceptable? When I Told her I wasn’t paying a dime over $5 for terrible bites and mozzarella sticks She remarked very snotty and said she could get the police involved. Excuse me, I was not Out of order or Irrate at this point. To threaten me with the cops is ridiculous. I told her I wanted a manager, and she gave me the most disgusting smirk, and said she was. I know she wasn’t because no manager will treat somebody like that and have a smirk on your face I’m a manager of Domino’s and the phrase the customer is always right usually pertains to you need to make and satisfy that customer!! Not sit there and act like you own the place and threaten me with cops because I said that it was five dollars like it was shown in the picture and then they get a menu to show me that it wasn’t and started at 3 o’clock Because I was five minutes before that they Wanted to upcharge me If your place isn’t doing that well and making money, do not sit there and say it’s one price wouldn’t show the other. Nothing was done about the situation and I talked to another manager. He was very polite but also didn’t want to help. Absolutely disgusting place there was trash when you walked in on the floor One waitress that claims she’s a manager and will threaten you with cops for no reason!!! And then to find another person that works in there is ridiculous! I even told the manager I will not be back, and I will be calling corporate absolutely disgusting ran business!! Worst experience ever eating out save yourself the trouble of waiting 15 minutes to be seated and cook yourself your own breakfast so you’re not paying $20 For two burnt eggs, two pancakes, one little sausage, and two measly pieces of bacon!!! That waitress should be ashamed of herself and fired!! I have never been treated so terrible in my life before as a customer Then make me feel like I’m a criminal because you’re gonna call the cops on me because it was stated different in the menu that I got ?! If I could give a negative on this...

I've been to this place twice. The first time was a few days after they opened and the last time was on 4/16/21. I'd like to start by saying that this restaurant is only saved by the wait staff which seem to be carrying the entire restaurant.

We arrived at around 6:30pm. There was a lot of people waiting at the hostess station. One of the nearby staff asked if we were eating in or picking up. We were told there would be about a 30-45 minute wait for a table. Once were able to get to the hostess station we were told that it would actually be about 20-30 minutes. We decided to go to the nearby mall and walk around instead of waiting in the crowded entrance.

25 minutes later our table was ready and we were back and seated at our table right around 7pm. We ordered our drinks and about 5 minutes later we ordered our food. This is where the problem began. We ordered breakfast food. I ordered the split decision, which had eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, pancakes, and french toast. My girlfriend ordered a similar meal. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food. When we got our food, our pancakes and french toast were missing. My girlfriend's bacon was burnt. When we complained about the bacon we got an immediate replacement. After another 15 minutes we finally got our pancakes. It took an additional 10 minutes to get the french toast.

Before paying for our meal, we asked to speak to the manager. I fully intended to start and end this conversation pleasantly, suggesting that they really needed to figure out what was slowing down their kitchen because the wait staff was excellent. This manager was full of excuses. Too many people called in, can't find enough staff for the kitchen, there are too many take-out orders, Uber eats just started that day and people were ordering from really far away, etc. Then she told us that they had long since made their sales goal for the day from how many orders they got. She was very unprofessional. We got nothing but excuses and what appeared to be bragging about their profits. No compensation for the 1 hour we waited for diner food that should take 15 minutes to prepare.

The manager really needs to learn to address customer complaints more professionally. Complaining about your staff, and bragging about record profits while dealing with a disgruntled customer is very unprofessional. If corporate is reading this, I suggest that you provide some more training for dealing with customers in a professional manner. Also, this restaurant was built and opened during COVID, I expected that they would be equipped for dealing with a large amount of take-out and online orders. The in-house tables should not be ignored because they are overwhelmed with...

Yuck! So to start off, it was today, a Sunday around 4:00pm, place had hardly anyone there so we figured why not! We had never been to an IHOP and we wanted to give it a try, now note, there were three people in our party so not an overwhelimg amount. We were seated (which upon entering it took a moment for someone to come up to even ask us table for how many) once seated we were given menus and told someone would be right with us, no big deal. Our waitress came over and asked about drinks which we ordered and they were brought out almost immediately, which was great. So she asked us if we needed a second to order which we did and she walked away. She came back with in less then a minute asking if we had long enough to figure out what we wanted, it felt very rushed for a restaurant that had next to no one in it. Not to mention the tables and seats didn't seem extremely clean either, they almost looked like they had syrup spilled on them. Fast forward a bit. She took our order and the wait seemed quite long, she forgot part of our meal, not once put two times only to have to go back again and then informed us they didn't even have the fruit we had ordered and asked if we would like something else instead. She didn't give us silverwear until after our food came out and because we asked for it, she laughed and said omg my bad. Our parties order wasn't even all brought out at the same time and to top it off, the food wasn't even very good. Plus here's an added bonus, flies everywhere while we were trying to eat. For 3 people ordering the most basic amount of stuff and nothing extravagant our bill came to almost $50. The service was bad enough but then to have alwful food that parts of it we couldn't even eat, yikes. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I will not be going back. I was so very disappointed. The workers who were on seemed more concerned with laughing and joking around and didn't even once ask us how our food was. Didn't ask why we hadn't even touched one of the plates brought out to us. This place needs new management and wait staff, would give zero stars if possible, sadly...
