Staples — Local services in Town of Clay

Specifically the printing department staff was terrible. Went in to print a larger document and have it bound. After previously having a phone call telling me to bring in a flash drive for easiest experience and I could print it myself I went to the store to do so. I asked an employee in that department if I was in the right spot as she started saying yes the other employee yelled at me "No you can't do that here." And that was all that was said until I asked if she was talking to me. After some back and forth it seems there is only one person who can work the printer and they don't work until tomorrow morning. Now if at any point in my prior phone conversation it was conveyed that there is only a single staff member that can print or when one could come by to print or even foregoing all of that something other than yelling at me no I can't do that with no explanation or courtesy I may have done business there but based on my experience I won't. The store had a calm atmosphere for me while I walked the aisles to get the items I wanted to purchase. Happily, the calendars were clearly visible right up front, and that was one of my key reasons for going to Staples, for the two-year pocket calendars. One item I couldn't find, so I asked an associate to help. I mentioned all the items I was seeking, so he actually walked me to all of them! The reason for four stars instead of five is because I did have some trouble finding an associate who wasn't busy. The printing and copy services department is horrible. I’ve come here several times and each time I’m left wondering why I even give it a second chance. The last two times I’ve waited 10 minutes and then 15 minutes to pick up an online order I paid for online. One time there were no customer service associates to be found. This time I had to wait 10 minutes while someone was being finicky while placing an order. Meanwhile, 2 staff standing around doing nothing.
