I wish I knew names here... but the guy with the longer black hair is extremely friendly and the other guy might be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I purchased something yesterday and it did not work for me. I returned today to try and return it and before even asking what happened or anything barks at me “we don’t do refunds on used items.” Very welcoming, thank you sir. After explaining I purchased this item for a very specific reason and explaining I talked to an employee the day prior who did not raise concerns about it being compatible. He then proceeded to call the employee and ask him if this interaction occurred basically calling me a liar?? Then proceeded to check online to try and prove me wrong! What the hell kind of customer service is that?!? This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and I will not be ever returning here and I’ve been shopping at MicroGame since I was probably 5 with every birthday and Christmas money I received. I love to support local and try to every chance I get but not when you have such a buffoon like this guy running the show. I’ll be going to gamestop from now on. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this man and just go...
Read moreI made a purchase in April 2022 a used PlayStation 2 slim, brand new controller and a is used ready 2 rumble game. I was excited to finally find a place that have it. I even let the salesman open it in front of me in the store to make shore it work. When I got home that day it was not working. The boxer character I had would freeze up. I returned the next day a spoke to the same sales person for a refund. He said to me I don’t take back used games for refund. I was within the 14 days for a refund. I will prove this is my receipt in the photo. I left the store with disbelief that he would tell a grown that. So customers please be aware of issues like this when you purchase at this location. They don’t care what the receipt says. I left the store quietly with disbelief. I will never buy...
Read moreBad experience without walking through the door. My sister and I have grown up here but live elsewhere so when we visit family lots change for us. Seeing this 'new' store was exciting so we decided to head inside and look around quick. We saw a few people inside and the OPEN sign was lit so we assumed it was okay to go in. However the closer we got the worse the people inside looked at us, we checked the hours right by the door and it said they closed in 15 minutes. The quick trip wasn't worth it because we got glared down by what I assume were the employees. I understand not wanting customers to come in close to close but the two of us getting stared down literally forced us away. Not planning on trying my luck again, looked nice from the outside but could use...
