First I will start out that the Salesman Josh gets 5 * reviews because he promises a set of sheets for their new mattress. Too bad I can’t give him a-5 star. He is a huge lier! Lied to us the promotion, then when he said he fixed the problem, he actually signed me up for a credit line at 19% interest when he said it was zero without my consent. Three months of dealing with his lies & Synchrony nonsense I will be taking money out of an investment and paying it off next month. Josh is more concerned with promoting his chicken wing sauce than telling the truth to the customers. Oh and he still owes me a set of sheets because my bed was NOT delivered on time! I just had to fax my agreement back to Synchrony to get the 443 dollars of interest removed and all my payments were put back onto the principal. Stay away...

Josh was incredibly helpful. He answered every question we had before we asked them. Honestly I could have hung out and talked to him for hours. Down to earth, great guy! I'm proud to have bought our Q9 flex bed from a family owned business that sells products made in America. We had gift certificates that we got for Christmas to help with our purchase. Great gift idea BTW. Josh had a question about entering the gift certificates into the sale and called the owner Kevin, directly. He answered right away and helped us out. What a great company! Very pleased with our experience at Mattress Express Clay, NY. We were impressed by the fact that the store only sold American-made products.
