Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Cobleskill

I stopped here for a quick lunch during my travels through New York. They seemed short staffed and, at one point, had to stop taking orders altogether to catch up. The manager on duty was not leading! Actually, I didn't even see her speak to her staff. I only knew she was a manager after another customer asked to speak to one, and she walked up. I was shocked because she definitely wasn't "managing".

It took 24 minutes from the time I placed my order until I received it and the kid who was putting the orders together on the tray and bringing them up front wasn't even calling order numbers so it was a complete confusing mess. Also, my order was incomplete, and I had to go back to request the rest of my things.

However, I do want to mention Morgan! She did such an amazing job communicating the delays and apologizing to customers. She was so pleasant and honestly made the experience more bearable. I definitely think she needs to be acknowledged by higher-ups. Working in the food industry can be tough, but she was doing such an amazing job. Thank you...

Was not happy!! Won't be going back there for awhile.i understand because of civic they have rules to follow. Whatever they where using to clean with, the smell was horrific!!! I was almost gagging non stop. I couldn't eat inside. Maybe they need to switch to something else to clean with! That's not even the worst part. They had 3 people working. My granddaughter and I ordered basic food. No fancy, time consuming orders. We were in there forever waiting for our food. A bunch more people came in. The drive thru got their food, but not us. I was ready to say I want my money back and walk out. If this is how they take care of their customers, it will be a realllyyyyy long time...

The most disgusting vial looking and smelling food I have ever encountered. I was so mad that I didn't dare bring it back to the counter for fear that I would get arrested for losing my cool. I ordered the roast beef and my son ordered chicken tenders. Never in my life have I see grey roast beef with a florescent yellow outer edge. The tenders had a smell like they had been freezer burnt and probably left out to rot.
