Arby's — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I'm giving three stars because the food is good but when I go in at 940 pm and the hours state till 10 then the floor shood not be being mopped and guy mopping was pissed I came in even though the store hours state till 10,,he locks the side door and keeps the front door open and got pissed when I came in,,,the whole time I ordered he stood from the side of me giving me the evil eye,,,if you are open this stuff like floor wet mopping needs to be done at 10 pm and not while you are still open,,,the attitude is unacceptable if you are still open then you have to expect people will walk on the floor,,this is why this needs to be done when you close,,,and to top it off when I preceded to leave he lunged at me to try to rush me out to lock the door with anger as if I did something wrong for coming in while you were still open,,,the black guy at register was the only saving grace along with the food quality,,,he was beyond nice and inviting,,,he should run the store he is a 5 star employee,,,and the slender guy mopping at 940 needs to be told not to mop while store is still open and not to invade people's space when they leave,,,it's just not proper conduct for a business,,,,I did nothing wrong for coming in during business hours,,,mopping needs to be done at 10 pm otherwise he needs to expect people will walk on the floor,,this place is not a drive thru so walking in the store is required!!!please fix this situation so that I will come back and feel comfortable...

Every time I buy any type of roast beef sandwich from this location, it is ALWAYS short at least an ounce of meat. Today's order was no different. I ordered 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches, both had 7 ounces of meat when they should have had 8 ounces each.

I also ordered 2 classic roast beef and cheddars. Both sandwiches looked pitifully low on meat. When weighed, each sandwich had 1.8 ounces of meat. Both should have had 3 ounces.

I'll try the Colonie Mall location next time. Hopefully they give the customers what they paid for, unlike this location.

EDIT: the owner responded with a link to a comment form that I have filled out in the past 2 or 3 times. I've never received ANY response, nor have I seen any change from this location. Not going to waste my time filling it out that form again. They aren't listening to the feedback.

No I will NEVER go back to this Arby's. As you can see I ordered a French dip and Swiss, they probably put it in the microwave for 30 secs because it was cold and the cheese was SLIGHTLY melted. The au jus was piping hot. As you can see I am a POC, when I approached the counter I was greeted by a caucasian woman and she was nice. She must of been too nice because the black women were giving her dirty looks for being nice to me. She even said herself "Geez I can't be nice to people?" As I waited for my food some of the black women were making uglier faces than what they had and I was just confused as to what the attitude was about?
