Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I normally love this location! I'm fact, I drive past another Bruegger's to come specially to this one. I've never seen this woman before. So, I don't know her name. However, she could use an attitude adjustment. Pronto!!! I was pleasantly joking with her and when she snapped at me, I canceled my order. She says, "That's fine!" I said, "I was joking with you." Her reply, "Well, is been a rough morning and I'm not in a joking mood!) Well, guess what Ma'am, when you work with the public, you don't get to take your bad day out on paying customers!" The fact is, none of us should take our anger out on anyone. However, you are being PAID to serve customers in a professional manner. Not even friendly, chatty or chummy... just professional. I gave the food one star, not bc it's bad... just bc I never got to have it. I'm so disappointed!

Hello, I would just like to give my review on here about this place and say that it’s gone downhill, badly! The breakfast sandwiches are great and the bagels are amazing, but the customer service there has turned me off completely from this place that used to be my breakfast go-to spot. One of the workers, short red hair ginger girl: Krista or Kristal(?), is very snappy at to her coworkers. I’m a regular of the place, I come there 5/6 times out the week so I always see her there. She is very rude to her fellow employees, she sometimes gets an attitude with the other customers over tiny mistakes, and she smokes whatever that metal pen looking thing is inside of the store, which I find extremely inappropriate. I usually go to East Greenbush but was on Wolf Road, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which cost around $20. One with 2 egg and double ham, swiss and avocado on a plain bagel. The 2nd was regular egg, ham, swiss, avocado on asiago. This was between 1pm and 1:15pm. I made a couple of stops on my way home. When I opened the bag, the asiago sandwich was in the bag with a plain poppy bagel. This service is unacceptable. I even asked the girl if she put avocado on both (because it ends up missing a lot of the time and is an additional cost) and she said yes! I immediately called the store which was about 6 minutes to 2pm, knowing that they close at 2. Nobody answered the phone for those final 6 minutes of business hours.
