tldr: I find this Chipotle to be odd, gross, and extra unfriendly. There are far better restaurants in that area you can stop at for a quick meal, or far better Chipotles in the capital region you can go to. I've ordered here a lot because every once in a while, it's ok, and it's close to work, but I finally decided to stop wasting my money.
Pros -Great location -Chipotle chips are always a win
Cons -Their lettuce is somehow always a mixture of ok and gross. -The guac is barely blended, and I mean there's large pieces of avocado that make up most of it, and sometimes it'll come brown. One time it came without a lid on it. -Staff is, in general, pretty rude. They start shouting questions at you before you can even hear them, then get irritated that you didn't answer. I got yelled at one time by this small man because I didn't want to sit anymore while I waited, I wanted to stand, so I did. He took that as a threat, I guess, even though I didn't even look at them. I must have had RBF. My friend had made an error when ordering so it was taking longer, but I was never mad at them, it was our mistake. Interacting with literally any of the staff there just feels like walking on eggshells. They really need to improve their culture. It genuinely feels like they want to yell at you, and they're just looking for a reason. -Even though they clearly don't like talking with customers, they just refuse to use the pickup shelves. They make you go to them to ask for your pickup order, every single time. I don't know why they do that now, it's just odd. -They don't know how to properly make a burrito. They'll put ingredients in one small section of the burrito and no where else. And if you order quac on it and not on the side, they'll just put ALL of it in the middle of the burrito and not spread it out. They literally do it every time, idk if they're trained to do that or what, but that's just not how you make a burrito. It's very gross to just get a mouth full of nothing but quac.
Even in terms of a fast food restaurant, this place is not good. I really recommend going somewhere else, there's plenty of restaurants in that area to go to. No need to ruin your day a little bit by...
Read moreAt 9:45 pm As I was walking to the door a male employee came from the kitchen area waving his arm saying were closed. A young lady was sweeping the dining room floor and a young man pulling the veggies and meats from service area placing them on a rolling cart to take in the back.the time is 945 pm. The door has conflicting closing time from website that says closing time 11pm the door says 10 pm. I went back to my car as I was waved away and told it was closed. I witnessed a woman enter the building and approach the counter to place an order. I then got out of my car and entered the building approaching the counter to place an order. No one said anything about them being closed at this time. The woman was complaining to one of the workers that someone she knew went to the restaurant a few days ago and they had closed prior to time stated on door and web site. She placed and received her order as I was placing my order another male and young lady entered the building now being approximately 950 a young man started complaining what the hell and told they female employee who’s name started with a p if anyone else come in we are closed no more orders. Just start throwing stuff out. She replied ok. I totally understand that they worked their shift and want to go home as everyone else who works. If the store hours are till 10 pm customers should not be turned away until 10 pm when door gets locked. Then staff start to clean and close store to leave. I’m glad it turned out the way it did. I passed Wendy’s to eat at chipotle that I spent 30$ at for my order. Moral of the story if your hours are until 10 pm please keep them hours. Also update you website to correspond...
Read moreMediocre at best. I showed up around 4pm yesterday and the shrubs and bushes out front were all dead and the metal fences were rusted, which I should have taken as a warning for what would be inside. I go inside and there are 10 employees and only two are working. The girl that took my order was too distracted by the other employees and almost messed up my order, she had a frown on the entire time as well, although I do not blame her, if I was one of the only ones working I would not like that either, especially when all but one of her fellow employees are doing nothing and making a mess. Once I finally get to go sit down, I feel intimidated and grossed out. The 8 employees were taking up most of the seating so I had to go for a window seat, when I went to sit down I noticed that there was old food and random smears and smudges all over the bar at the window. So I had to go and get napkins infront of all the employees that could not care less and wipe down the area to eat. When I went to get napkins however this employee gave me a dirty look and walked away. Once I was done cleaning off the area, I looked for a grabage can and notice that I had stepped in more food, luckily I was not were good shoes, however this mad me realize that there was a lot of grabage on the floor and not just small pieces of food, I saw napkins a spoon, food, it was disgusting and four employees saw it and just ignored it. This experience made me very upset and I really hope the next time I go it will have...
