Hay iv been going to this subway for awhile and its a good subway but they have this guy Gunjan and I don’t know what’s going on in this man’s life, but between the past three when he got a 5 star review to today something happen or changed because he has a bad attitude When I went Tuesday, I felt very rushed by when he was making my sandwich. Today I got lucky and I didn’t have him. I had a gentleman who works there part time to help the owner out and runs a DJ for weddings chill guy And the only reason why this place is getting five stars because if he wasn’t there, I’d give it to one star that man is 5 out of 5 on his own. But Gunjan is hostile I genuinely don’t want to go there if I see him or I’ll just try and get served by someone else but today some lady asked I think for her bread to be extra toasted something small and the dude takes for sandwich wrap paper and all slams it into the toaster and just turns out for 14 seconds pulls it out smoke pouring out of the freaking thing almost starting a fire and gives her mad attitude gives it to her and then she’s like I worked for SUBWAY® for two years and that’s not how you do things or customers and he argues back at her like straight off. I don’t feel comfortable nor do I wanna be served by this gentleman if somethings going on in his life I understand that things happen, but he really needs to calm down and take a breath if you need some 15 minute break because he’s feeling overwhelmed he should take it . if it somethings going on in his background like he’s financial problems or family problems or anything else, he needs to figure out how to separate that from work. Read moreAs a former assistant manager of a subway, I am appalled at the business practices of this establishment. I ordered an all American club sandwich, which comes with turkey, ham and bacon as part of the sandwich. When I got to the register, the man working there, informed me that they have to up charge me for the bacon… I said why it’s part of the sandwich, and he said we up charge all bacon and I said but I didn’t get extra bacon and he said bacon doesn’t come on that sandwich and I said yes it does and I pointed to the sign above his head which states that bacon comes on the sandwich.… He proceeded to tell me that they have a small sign over in the corner which doesn’t have any SUBWAY® markings on it stating all bacon is to be up charged and I said that doesn’t make any sense because it’s part of the sandwich I did not get extra bacon he proceeded to get very angry with me and said, do you want the effing sandwich or not? And I said yeah give me the sandwich and he proceeded to charge me the two dollars extra for bacon even though I did not get extra bacon on a sandwich that already comes with bacon. I will never go here again and I will make sure as many people as I can never go here again, either. staff is extremely rude and are running a scam to up charge bacon that’s already on the sandwiches I’ve contacted corporate. Read moreOrdered delivery online. Got my confirmation email, and was updated when the order was supposedly on the way and supposedly delivered. Tried to get in contact with the store- the phone number online wasnt an active number. Tried to call and text the driver, Eric, I think the email said (got an email with the drivers name and number), he never picked up the phone or responded. The email said my order was delivered, but I'm not sure where he brought it because I never got it. Definitely wouldn't advise anyone places a delivery order here unless of course you want to not get the order...
