Linda! Wow! Extraordinary assistance. She made a sale! Wanted a table cloth. knew my dimensions. Tablecloth was not marked for size. Could tell it had been washed returned. But good price..and exactly what I had sought. Yet..no size on product card. Unable to find assistance. Linda was coming down isle to put out merchandise. I ask her who I should ask about size. Linda stopped. Said she would find a tape measure. Came right back measured it. So polite and fantastic. I could not get all the ribbon etc on neatly. Linda said, if they question it at check out.just say Linda assisted me. Had no issue at all.

i commute. Mostly shop Homegoods in Manhattan and Rennselaer...Absolutely no employee has ever shown such professionalism and sheer friendliness and kindness...and on Black Friday..a massively busy day. I feel awful for your employees and customers. There was a very nice woman, Beverly, I believe, who was ringing. There were two of us in line. Then more people came into a line. A voice hollers from the side of the store, "call so and so for register help" and proceeds to walk down the aisle towards the back of the store. I noticed a crack in my item. The manager had to come. She didn't even smile at me. She was clearly irritated and only when I said, "you look like someone who enjoys your job!" Did her tone change. Perception is king and I won't bother...

If you are looking for nice home accessories, cooking utensils, or anything else to make your house a home, this is the place! And they have some good prices too. I have even seen a few big name brands there. HomeGoods is a lot like other stores such as Marshall's, and T.JMaxx, or Burlington Coat Factory; but you can find some things there that the others don't have...even though they are related. (Except for Burlington Coat Factory of course.) And if you see something that you kind of like...don't be surprised if it's gone the next week!!!The prices are...
