Trust the recent reviews and save yourself time, go to one of the other locations. We are from out of state and don’t have a sonic at home, but love to get sonic whenever we are near one. I was so excited to come today, and it was raining, but not bad. Since we don’t get to go much, we always order a few things off the menu so I ordered online instead of making someone sit there while I make up my mind. It tells me to pull up to a stall and press the button and wait. Probably my favorite part about going to sonic is the cool drive-in service. Waited 10 minutes with nothing, nobody said a word. I got tired of it and went through the drive thru and she said “yeah we don’t go out unless it’s nice outside” and then hands me my order. The only thing good was the milkshake, which was not blended but still had a good consistency. I ordered cheesy tots and got the most disgusting cheesy fries instead. She didn’t tell me that they were out of tots or whatever the reason was. Everything was disgusting today except the milkshakes. I’m so disappointed, what a waste of my time and money. I went back to the stall I was at to eat and I’ve been sitting here for about 30 minutes and the button is still flashing. They should at least be going on to tell people “hey, I’m sorry, it’s raining and we’re too lazy and don’t want to get wet so you’ll have to get wet going through the drive thru or coming inside, even though I’m the one getting paid and you’re paying for the food and service” instead of just letting it flash until people are tired of waiting. Every sonic I’ve been to (particularly in the south) have employees out even in the worst weather and they are always kind with a smile on their face. Read moreI don't know why I came back here after the awful experience I had last weekend but tonight's visit was no better. Last Sunday I went with my husband and they gave me the wrong order not once but four or fives times. They had the audacity to be rude to me after I addressed the issue each time. Initially they handed us my husband's drink in the wrong size, really no biggie an easy fix. He mentioned it when they handed us the first bag of food. I believe the woman at the window was anyita. She didn't respond and closed the window to remake the drink after she hands me the bag. As I'm opening to see what's in it I notice it's not the correct order and evidently she knew that, because before I could even say something she had the window open just glaring at us but again not speaking. I handed the bag back and she gave us his drink. Eventually she returns with another bag of food and hands it through. At that time I realized she never even gave me my drink so I mentioned we needed another drink, she rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I check the bag of food and notice the order is still wrong. When she handed me my drink, and I should add she didn't put the lid on completely and my husband ended up with a seat full of ice and limeade - I mentioned it and she argued with me after reading my order back to me that it was correct even when I showed her it was wrong. She snatched my bag from me and ultimately corrected the order again. We went back tonight against my better judgement. She was once again at the window and one again gave me the wrong drink order, no fork with my bbq wings and sighed at me after asking for the condiments they forgot to put in my bag. Read moreWhen I ordered my food, I asked for one Honey mustard and one Ranch sauce. The person who took my order said he already put in BBQ. He said he would make sure I got the right sauces. When our food came out, she called our name and then started to give us the wrong order, which turn out to be for the lady next to us. So when we got the right food not only did they bring BBQ sauce the girl only brought out one drink. When I asked her about mine, she said only one drink showed up on there slip. I showed her my receipt with my chocolate shake on it and she said ok. Then we realized we had on forks for our chili cheese fries, and asked her for those also. I went up to the counter to ask, a now different cashier for two forks because she hadn't returned and they had non on the counter, only condiments. I asked for forks and Honey mustard and Ranch. He told me to hang on a moment. Then he proceeded to close out his tills and go in the back. Several minutes later the server came out with only the chocolate shake. We again asked about the forks and sauces. She said I'll get them right now. She went behind the counter right were the cashier had been standing and got them from under the counter. By this time our food had been sitting on our table getting cold for 10 minutes. The shake & lemonaid were very good, if the chili cheese fries & chili cheese tots had been hot they would have been awesome instead of just okay. My popcorn chicken was the same because I couldn't eat it without the sauce, so that to was only warm instead of hot!!!
