Came in at 9:30 through the drive through and laughed because we accidentally drove too far so we had to reverse a little to order. Me and my friend laughed a little and heard someone make fun of us, laughing out of the speaker. We asked for time to think for our order because they said they were out of the drink we wanted. So, after 30 seconds we put in our order. They were having trouble understanding the order so we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. After this, we were told we had to finish up our order faster due to us being on a timer. There was no one behind us, but ordering in a quick manner. After our order, we pull up to the window and we told we should have ordered faster and not laughed. We took only 30 extra seconds to order and the lady was telling us that their boss was watching and we were somehow getting the workers in trouble. I said we weren’t trying to waist their time, we simply needed a moment to think of a new drink to order. Then she said it took us too long. I told her we only took 30 seconds. She denied this saying it was longer, but when I asked how much time we spent, she ignored it and told us to just be better overall. Read moreI don’t know what happened to the old staff, but I really miss them because they were genuinely nice to the customers and very polite and patient. Over the past three times I’ve been here, there’s been what I assume to be the new manager, who's been extremely rude, unhelpful, and overall just very unpleasant to order from. I ask for a simple order; it’s not that hard to make it and have me on my way without the attitude and rudeness. I used to work in fast food, so I know from experience that it’s really that simple and not that hard. I hope future management has a better work ethic than the current staff, because this is unacceptable. I don’t care if today's not your day; you don’t care if today's not my day. So how about we both do each other a favor and just keep it cordial instead of arguing over food...
Read moreVisit today at 11:20 am Thursday 08/29/24 I love to visit here most of the staff is good there is a black American girl is there my wife explain her order that don't put any bacon in the sandwich once the order came up my wife saw she put bacon inside her sandwich she said why you put that bacon 🥓 in my sandwich she answered that just throw the bacon and eat sandwich i am just concerned that if someone have allergic to bacon that what they told there customer if you dont like to work in dunking leave the job and worst part is this they dont give her a new sandwich and plus they charge for the order. I dont know if these companies take action on their employees or not, but these are the people's who let the customers don't come to this location. we just love to pay by hours...
