Most of the food was good. The pizza, salad, and regular fries were good according to all in my party who got food. Though the reason why im giving this much lower stars is because of the cheese fries I ordered. The cheese fries had a layer of melted plastic on the bottom and fries were stuck to it along with the cheese. I could NOT believe. I even ate one of the fries that had the plastic by accident as I wasn't paying attention and thought it was just a crispy fry or something. Didn't realized until I looked after and saw the clear plastic at the bottom. I brought the fries back in person to show the workers. They seemed almost as puzzled as me. I understand... things happen.They asked if i wanted them redone. I obviously declined because i mean who would after what just happened and said that they could refund me for the fries but itll have to wait as the boss wasnt in and all of them in there were not trained on how to do that yet. I'm just happy a kid didn't get these because they would've just kept eating. So... STAY AWAY FROM THE CHEESE FRIES folks. Also to the owner/ boss... PLEASE fully train your workers on how to do everything. Read moreI recently encountered a troubling situation with this restaurant’s pickup process for Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers. Drivers who use the restaurant entrance to pick up are instructed to move their vehicles to the back of the building, where they must ring a recording bell multiple times until an employee opens the door, asks for the name on the order, and leaves. Drivers are then required to wait in cold weather, often ringing the bell again to remind staff or check on the status of their order, resulting in unnecessary delays.
No other restaurant has such a convoluted process for delivery drivers, and this system feels both inefficient and disrespectful to those who are already working under tight time constraints. It would be much more considerate for the restaurant to streamline the pickup process, making it easier and quicker for drivers—especially in challenging weather conditions. I hope the management reconsiders this approach to create a more efficient and respectful experience for all involved. It has been quite hard to actually find anywhere in the upstate region that keeps me coming back or is actually enjoyable to me. It’s hard finding places that have great tasting food due to my allergy. I’m sensitive to cross contamination or cross contact. They offer a wide range of gluten free options. Each time I’ve ordered from here I’ve never been sick because they’re very careful and attentive to allergies or restrictions. The food is always fresh, always tastes amazing. It is always prepared just as asked. The customer service is very friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers which I think is wonderful that they take so much pride in not only serving great quality food, but also providing the best customer service.
