I was the first in line at the drive-thru and placed my order. The Host (order taker), Luke, was very friendly and patient while I looked the menu over. There was no one behind me at the time. The Cashier, Ladezma, was friendly and I paid with Wendy's Mobile Pay app. I had to wait at least 5-8 minutes for my food (maybe 10), but I was okay with that. I noticed a drive-thru line formed now. Probably 4-5 cars. When I was handed my food, Luke apologized for the wait. I said, no problem as long as my food is hot. He said it should be. I drove into the parking lot and was disappointed to see that my large fries were cold and the fry container was half full. Literally, half full. I should of taken a picture. As I walked across the parking lot into Wendy's, Luke saw me coming from the drive-thru window and figured there must have been an issue. As I walked up to the counter, he turned to me with a bag of large hot fries and apologized. It was as if he knew. I handed him my half full cold fries, and again he apologized for the inconvenience. The reason I am writing such a long review is because, Luke (got his name off of my receipt) was one step ahead of me, friendly, and immediately took care of me. Read moreThat colored female working between the hours of 1-2pm , she was definitely there at 1:40pm when taking our order, was very rushy and rude in our drive thru order, pushing us through and cutting off my boyfriend by guessing his order instead of listening, then just immediately after taking his drink , that we just said sure to because it was the 3rd time she was pushing our order for us, didn’t take another breath before she was telling us to pull ahead. I wanted no tomato with my order but my boyfriend couldn’t get our own order out of his lips because she did all the talking. Because we didn’t get a chance to speak at the speaker, we tried telling her at the window no tomatoes, which she took that opportunity to mouth off about how we should’ve said that before, through the order she literally rushed and didn’t let us speak through. Which I understand it’s already made, I used to work in fast food too starting off, I know how it goes , but I also know you don’t mouth off to and rush your customers . Read moreStopped in today 5/1 @ 3:15pm and accidentally threw my receipt away so I couldn't do the survey, instead I am leaving a positive review. Being I used to previously manage this location a few years ago, I wanted to make sure recognition is given where it's deserved. Iffat made my sandwich, and I remember her from the Latham location. She is always so kind and friendly and has the most beautiful smile. All other staff who I spoke to were extremely friendly and kind as well. I ordered on the mobile app while sitting in their parking lot, I walked in RIGHT after placing it and my food was handed to me in less than a minute. The food was hot and tasty and customized just how I specified in the app. The remodel and the change of staff seems to be doing this location justice. I live closer to the 1335 central ave location, but I make it a point to come here instead of 1335 central because that place is a hot mess.
