Large craft store, a chain. I used their custom framing service.
Not crazy about their customer service regarding framing. They did not call to say it is ready, twice. I had to ask them to re-do my order because the artwork was not perfectly centered by 1-2mm both top/bottom and side to side.
Finally happy because they did fix the issue at no charge but because they never call, this process took a long time. They send custom framing out of the store, and on the expensive side.
I have used them previously and have been happy...
   Read morePrices are sinfully out of control It's diffently not ACMoore (which is missed 100 percent) I find I'm buying more from Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Christmas Tree Shop, etc etc etc Store workers could be a little more helpful especially when buying large items being that we can't take cart out of store We are paying big money for items and also have to pay for bags to carry our items out This is not except able when cost of items are sinfully to much But this is Big Business in America...
   Read moreI ordered some thing, and when I went to pick it up i realized i ordered from the wrong store. I went inside to buy the item, and iI got very dizzy. This gentleman Trey saw me and came right up to assist me. My blood pressure had shot up. Trey said âI got youâ. took me a place to sit down, gave me water and a skied if I wanted an ambulance. I called my husband to bring my blood pressure medication. meanwhile, Trey was so calm and his whole demeanor was reassuring. i am so glad...
