Rino's Eatery — Restaurant in Town of Crawford

If I could give this place less than one star I would. First time customer excited to try a new place and very very disappointed. My friend and I came here to order and take out dinner. When we got up to the front to order the food, we were told it would be 30 minutes wait time. We agreed we would order and wait the half hour. My friend ordered a turkey sandwich (cold hero) and I ordered a deluxe burger. We paid and sat outside for a half hour enjoying the weather. Once the half hour was up, we went back inside only to be told it would be a little longer. Okay I could wait a few more minutes no problem. But the time kept ticking by and soon enough it was 5 minutes OVER AN HOUR wait for a cold hero and a burger. We were quite upset and complained to the waitstaff at the counter and to what looked like an owner or manager. The only apology we got was from the waitstaff not from what looked like higher management. The food wasnt even worth the hour wait. My friends Turkey sandwich had a strange odor and the burger seemed like a frozen patty. We are so incredibly turned off by this whole experience and will not be returning to this restaurant. Wow fantastic place, so glad we tried Rino's Eatery. This will be a regular stop for me from now on. The food is as Authentic Italian as you can get the Chef is Italian from Italy and learned to be a chef there. We are fortunate he is here. Great meal we had tonight and the service is next level attentive and warm and receptive. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Staff and atmosphere very nice. Food is bland. Ordered eggplant parm. Red sauce had a very bitter taste to it with little flavor. Website states homemade bread and pasta, but it didn’t really taste homemade. Cannolis were amazing though! Operating hours are HORRIBLE. This is a place I would definitely return to if I wanted to pick up food on the way home from work because it’s better than the other pizza places in town, but they close at 5pm during the week!!
