First, let me start off by saying I don’t have a problem with the food here. I’ve never had an issue with the employees either. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER ORDERING THROUGH THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM. I had used their online services many times in the past. That is, until April 2nd. On this day, I ordered some food for dinner. I ordered and paid online using my iPad. When I went to pick it up, I was told they never received my order. She asked if I ordered from the other Arby’s on Erie boulevard. I said I didn’t even know they had another one on the boulevard, but didn’t believe I had. I tried checking my email on my phone and never received one. Since I wasn’t 100% sure that I ordered from the right one, I went home to check my iPad. Once I got home, I saw that I had ordered from the correct store. I also received a confirmation number. So, I returned with my iPad. However, since they didn’t receive the order, she could not give me my food. So, I ordered and paid…again. I had paid with Apple Pay the first time and it showed as pending. The cashier told me that this had happened to other people so I thought the charge would not go through since I never received an email or food. On Monday, I saw the charge did go through. I tried contacting them online twice explaining what happened. It said someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did though so I guess I’m just out the money. Delivery drivers should not be going thru drive-thru to begin with as the fact the window is above our vehicles makes the social distancing not effective as we have direct contact from person to person via food items with no space. Everyone else has us set up to go inside in a limited number and receive the orders. Not to mention we can not wait a half hour in drive-thru to run your order that is only paying us 4 bucks. We are worth more than 8 bucks an hour. (First trip). Later delivery went good. Lady was nice. Allowed us to get order without waiting in drive-thru thank you very much (second trip) Following day third and final delivery from this store. Sat in drive-thru 20 mins, get to speaker give name, wait another 10 mins at the window, girl asks me to pull ahead from window after handing me a portion of the order, I said no thank you I waited all this time to get your delivery I will just sit here while the order is finished. Mgr comes to window and demands me to move ahead. Look, you don't have any right in this world to speak to me in such a manner as he did.
