Desperately wish I could give them 0 stars. This is by FAR the worst Dunkin around. It's dirty, the manager is rude to customers AND employees. I feel TERRIBLE for the few kind employees. I shouldn't stand there and hear a "manager" berate her employee, hear the employee ask for basic decency and hear the manager say, "I'm your BOSS, I can speak to you ANY way I'd like." Some basic training would so her well...here's a few tips: discipline in private, treat your employees respectfully, and no customer should listen to your ridiculous yelling match over making customer orders. Now, same "manager" on CUSTOMER service...we waited a good 15-20 minutes for our mobile order, she made eye contact with me no less than five times, even as I stood by the mobile order pick up, she continued to ignore me. Finally, she asked if I needed something, and I told her I was waiting for a mobile order. That's when I found out they were out of what I ordered. Also, don't bother ordering extra anything because you'll spend $1 on a single slice of bacon...and I heard the gentleman tell the girl making the order when she mentioned the extra bacon we ordered, to just add one piece because "they don't need that much." Honestly, maybe we don't, but I don't think it's right to charge $1 for a single piece of bacon. Overall, it was a terrible experience BEFORE today, and today sealed the deal to not go back. Read moreThere is a lot of garbage coming from this business and most of it ends up in my yard. The drive through is next to my house. People through thair trash out the window in to the drive and my yard. The owner then uses a leaf blower to blow any remaining trash in to my yard. I have asked politely for him to pick up the trash but he refused. In his defense he claims that because he did not put the garbage on the ground he is not responsible. With all of the noise, excessive light and now garbage this shows a blatant disrespect for ones neighbors. I ask the public for some help on this one... If you are the one throughing trash out the window please stop. I have a family with two small children. I really do not appreciate when you get poor service at the drive through and lay the horn on until someone comes to the window. Read moreI stopped into the lobby to place an order around 10am on 10/19, a Saturday morning. The place was completely packed, with a drive thru line wrapped into the street. Their espresso machine was down (seemed to have just happened), and they had multiple upset (and might I add, impatient) customers. The gentleman running the register was incredible. He maintained his composure and remained so patient with all of the customers and all of the employees behind the counter. I respect that so much! I got a blueberry donut iced coffee + a caramel iced coffee, in place of a blueberry donut iced latte + iced caramel macchiato. Both turned out great for being our second option of the morning. Shoutout to the staff for their customer service, especially the person on register. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him a shoutout. Kudos! Love to see a fellow barista who wants to make someone’s day better, regardless of the troubles of coffee shop...
