Pudgie's Pizza, Pasta & Subs - Watkins Glen — Restaurant in Town of Dix

We normally go to the pudgies in canandaigua but decided to try the watkins glen location this time around. We got the party pack as we normally do and the price seems to have gone up quite a bit. I'm pregnant and had the craving so we would pay anything at that point. When we walked in we were not greeted, okay no big deal, they're busy. We got to the register and were ignored for minutes, okay still not a big deal. We've worked retail. Then the guy comes to ring us out and I notice they sell dippin dots. I asked the gentleman what flavor dippin dots they had and responded with a "i dont know, they're like $4". I looked at my husband with disbelief. I dont care if they are $10 dollars, I asked the flavors because I am interested. The guy let out a huge sigh before clearing all the things off the top if the cooler to look for me. They did not have chocolate. I then told the man no thank you, nevermind and he sighed loudly and rolled his eyes! He then walked to the back to grab our pizza. Since my original post was deleted I will post again. I came to have a bite to eat with my support animal on the patio. I am a trucker waiting for my load in the area and I took advantage of being in this town to step out and do normal things that I avoid because of #anxiety. Thanks to God I was blessed to be able to get relief from my emotional support animal Sapo. He wears his vest when he is out and we entered Pudgies to have a bite to eat for lunch. We were questioned at the counter about what services my “dog” performs. I repeated over and over that he calms my anxiety. I was so humiliated and people clearly heard this conversation which was so seemingly normal but completely felt like I was being emotionally assaulted from being put in the spot like this. I only wanted to sit outside and enjoy my day. As I was starting to eat patrons of this establishment mocked me and laughed at me while barking at my dog and mentioning my “anxiety “ I spoke with supervisor and he told me there was nothing he could do. I have ordered from them since the opened their location and had it delivered. We live a distance out but always grateful of the convenience of the delivery and knowing that the wait time would be a bit long. All of a sudden three years later they will not deliver to my home, first the gentleman on the phone tried telling me that over the past three years I probably have gotten someone new every time on the phone then changed his story to that they make exceptions based on the possibility.. then proceeded to inform me that they required an 80 dollar purchase to make the order "worth it"... everytime we had ordered from there I always tip generously due to the distance and also was understanding when it took a longer than estimated time to get to our destination... ridiculous! Money swindlers. The gentleman on the phone was talking in circles around him self. Not very good customer service in the slightest coming from someone who previously worked in the same line of work they are hence why I was trying very hard to be so nice but the lying and deception was flat...
