Ladle of Love — Restaurant in Town of Eastchester

I can’t begin to describe my love for this amazing restaurant. Not only is the food out of this world with the quality of the best home cooked meal you’ve ever had and the taste that’ll ruin you for all other restaurants- but the service and staff go above and beyond for the customers. Even last week when my order had been cancelled due to a black out at their location they were so kind that the next time I ordered they remembered my favorite panini and gave it to me for free to make up for the cancelled order With a lovely hand written note from the owner which is something so many places would never ever do nor would they even remember customers & the favorite food even from ordering via Ubereats!! I am going to be a daily customer for life because of this rare combination of incredible food and service!!...

Ladle is an adorable, hot-spot in Bronxville--or better yet, a hidden gem! I love the decor and homey vibe, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They recommended the signature soup to me (Harvest Celebration) on my most recent visit and it was absolutely delicious!! I've also had the Tuscan Tomato, which was super flavorful.

I love Ladle because they offer a wide variety of seasonal soups that are unbelievably fresh and pure. You can tell they make their soups with high quality ingredients, and most of all, serve it with love!

I would highly recommend this little shop. Perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal that will leave your tummy satisfied and your taste buds...

Trying my best to support local restaurants during the pandemic but reliability is a must.

Ladle of Love forgot to send a sandwich from my order (get it, things happen). They knew right away. Because they use seamless/grub hub drivers they refused to make the order right because they don’t want to absorb the cost of their mistake. So where does that leave the customer? With an incomplete order Refunding me for what was not delivered does not make it right.

Will not order from here again and suggest you consider if you want to wait an hour for delivery and potentially not have...
